Whitianga was for a few days respite after a long and hectic tour of NZ. The house was close to the beach and an easy walk to downtown. The house had lots of space and was well equipped.

Lots of space for me and my 2 children. The kids loved the pool. The place was tidy and clean. The kitchen had everything needed for self catering. We would stay again, very handy, easy place to stay to explore Mercury bay. One thing to note for families is that the room with two single beds was on the ground floor and the two bedrooms with queen beds were on the third floor, not a big deal but my children didn't want to sleep 2 floors away from me.

The unit we stayed in was nice. It was very spacious and had quite a few amenities in the unit. We were able to unpack and enjoy our time here.
For the price we paid, we were not that impressed with the view or the cleanliness of the unit. The view of the ocean was a tiny window of view through someone else's backyard.
The apartment had been cleaned but there were food bits in the rug in the living area. We were also told that we could request cleaning service throughout our stay but one day they came in and emptied one trash can and another day they didn't come in at all.
For the price paid, we expected more and left unimpressed and a bit disappointed.

Very good location to the town centre. The apartment is clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen with good condition. The management team is very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Townhouse was very modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent location as the beach was barely a 2min walk as was the 4 Square, great cafe and apparently the best Fish and chip shop in town. Lovely heated pool.

Staying 3 nights for a family trip, really handy and great location. Friendly and helpful reception services. Apartment was well maintained and with partly seaview from the top floor balcony. Just next to the Lost Spring and the beach.

Really good location - very convenient to the town centre. Condition of the property is very good and apartments are very nice. Found the bed to be too hard and some additional attention to cleaning would have been nice but was still overall an excellent and enjoyable stay.
Small note - tv remote had no batteries and tissue boxes were empty. Did run out of shower gel mid shower but not the end of the world.
