가족여행으로 아주 만족스런 호텔입니다. 추천합니다.

Spotless !! Always perfect !!

The place is nice and cozy. The staffs were very kind too. But as they are located near to the lake, there are too many flies. We couldn't use one room due to it(the other rooms and spaces were fine). We asked for cleaning of that room, and they said someone will come and clean, and will change towels as well. But no one came for whole day, which I didn't understand why. So my wife asked again and got more towels. But we couldnt still use one room because the flies were still on the bed and everywhere in that room. So the unit had 3 rooms but we couldnt use one room for 2 whole nights. I can't say its worth the price. I wish they improve their services.

가족 6명이 함께 묵었습니다. 1층에 거실과 부엌, 화장실이 있었고, 2층에 방 3개와 욕실(화장실, 샤워실, 세탁기, 건조대)이 있었습니다. 시설이 전반적으로 매우 깨끗했고, 특히 조리도구가 잘 구비되어 있고 청결해서 좋았습니다. 거실에서 연결된 베란다가 매우 넓고 6인용 테이블이 있어서 자연을 감상하기에 좋았습니다. 시내와 차로 15분 정도 떨어져 있지만 리조트 자체가 잘 꾸며져 있어서 오히려 더 조용하게 잘 쉬었던 것 같습니다. 하루밖에 있지 못해서 아쉬웠고 로토루아에 가면 다시 숙박할 의향 100%입니다.

실내 가구와 집기, 세탁기, 건조기 등등 전반적으로 세련되고 우아한 모습에 첫인상부터 만족스러웠습니다. 사용하면서 살펴본 실내 시설 구석구석이 상당히 깨끗하였습니다. 그리고 전화응대나 리셉션 직원이 무척 친절하였습니다.

모든집기가 갖춰져 있어서 어린아이들 있는 가족 이용하기가 좋아요~ 스테프들이 친절합니다 수영장 스파 무료이용 테니스는 라켓 한번만 빌리면 이용가능합니다~ 다만 관광지와는 거리가 좀 있어서 왔다갔다하기가 좀 불편했습니다

시내와 떨어져서 이동해야하는 단점은 있지만 전망도 좋고 만족스럽다. 건조기가 있어서 편했다. 전망도 좋다. 요리를 해먹기에 너무 좋았고, 나무랄데 없는곳이다.

거리가 로토루아 센터에서 멀리만 가격 대비 좋음

시내에서는 약간멀지만, 뷰가 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 또 이용할거같습니다.

Great resort to stay at with lots of things for kids to do..tennis badminton table tennis etc. clean and tide and very comfortable bed

It was a great stay! Lovely 3 bedroom homes, use of boardgames and books. Use of ammenities like hot tub, tennis and table tennis were such a great thing for us. Loved the use of the bbq! Reception staff were so helpful! Would totally stay again! Thanks again Team for a great stay!

Everything was perfect. 2nd time staying here and will definitely come back for a 3rd and many more.

Pictures are not what the hotel is it. The entire place smelled of mildew, mold, and stinks. Not from Rotorua sulphur. But from the actual hotel. Running the washer dryer caused entire place to be humid and smelled so bad. The connection isn’t correct. The ac doesn’t work. Walls thin. Could hear every weird noise in middle of night. Dirty furniture and old carpets. Never again. Husband got bed bug bites all over his legs. Horrible! The outdoor furnitire is dirty, worn and covered in algae. Pond stinks. Towels and sheets all stained and worn out. Old.

Loved our stay. Have booked again. Family friendly and so many things to do that you could stay here your whole stay and not need to leave. Convenient dairy nearby. Not far from Rotorua life. Can’t wait to come again.
