호텔이 깨끗하고 방이 넓고 안락하며 직원들이 매우 친절하고 다운타운에서 가까워 좋았음. 5일을 묵으며 편안하게 지낼 수 있어서 다음에 다시 넬슨을 방문한다면 머물고 싶은 곳임. 다만 방음이 다소 잘 안되어 옆방의 소리가 들리는 것은 아쉬운 점이었음.

저렴한 가격에 어느정도 만족감이 듭니다. 리셉션에서 건네주는 milk에 약간은 자잘한 감동...tea,coffee용으로 아주 유용하게 마셨습니다. 숙소에서 약간 좋지않은 냄새가 있었고 room grade에 따라서 다르겠지만, 정보에 의하면 간이 주방이 있다고 되어있어서, 키치넷으로 이해를 했는데 사실은 냉장고 위에 약간의 공간을 그렇게 표시한 것이더라구요...약간 당황~~

Very good location for us, staff very nice, lovely restaurant, bathroom very old and tired and linen too could well do with an upgrade.

Clean rooms. Comfortable. Booked king bed room got 2 smallish queen size beds. Review of booking in and room which was done on check-in and was supposed to be sent to management wasn't acted upon, and nothing heard. Very small tv in room. No self cooking facilities.

Easy to find. Great restaurant. Highly recommend.

ホテルのフィードバック用紙にも書きましたが、シャワーが驚くほど出なかったです。 チェックインの時に、ランドリーに時間制限があることなどを知らされず、たまたまお尋ねしてわかりました。しかし、乾燥機を使っている最中に出かける時間になり、相談したところ、洗濯物を部屋に入れておいてくれるとのことでありがたかったのですが、預けたバッグにぐちゃぐちゃになって入っていました。 １年前に泊まったＰａｒａｚｚｏ　Ｍｏｔｏｒ　Ｌｏｄｇｅでは、きちんと畳んで部屋に置いてくださっていたので、さすが評判のモーテルだと思いました。 フロントが閉まる直前にフォークとスプーンを貸してほしいと頼んだ際には、スタッフの方があちこちを回って調達してくれて、ありがたかったです。部屋に電子レンジがないことを認識しておらず、冷凍食品を買ってしまいましたが、スタッフ用のキッチンにあるものを使わせていただき、助かりました。 このように、プラスとマイナスがありました。

We enjoyed a lovely large one bedroom suite, with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and a convenient location during the busy summer season. Our two main issues were that we arrived later in the afternoon and after talking up the pool to the kids after a long day of driving, we had a quick dinner and then were excited for a short dip in the pool. However the staff closed the pool 30 mins before the stated pool closure time - despite it being a warm summer evening. Our kids were very disappointed and it left a bit of a sour taste. The parking situation is also very odd. There are seemingly plenty of car parks available, they are not allocated to rooms, but almost a third of them seem to be marked bays or have parking cones placed over them. So you have to fight to find a spot if you arrive after 7pm, even if there are loads of “available” spaces. Very odd. Also the tv in the rooms are outdated and font have any access to streaming services and have been manually volume limited, which meant that if you were cooking or had your windows open you couldn’t hear the tv from the couch. Another odd thing. Other than those things, the room itself was lovely and quite convenient to town. We walked in a couple of times for dinner - only an easy 15 min stroll. Not sure I would stay again though.

Nice, clean rooms with a kitchen that we used to make instant noodles in. The bathroom is modern. We had breakfast at the restaurant twice. Close to the city center and other eateries. We also did laundry here.

Free upgrade was nice and much bigger than the space we had paid for. Clean and tidy throughout. Did not have Sky bring the only negative.

Good value for ample-sized room

First hotel in a long time I’ve stayed in that had a tub that I could really, truly soak in as a tall person!

Beautiful rooms, clean and friendly staff.

Alles bestens, sehr sauber. Kitchenette mit Wasserkocher, Toaster, Tee, Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden.
