Servicen på personalet var kjempefin, veldig fint å stort rom , men jeg er veldig missfornøyd med temperaturen på rommet , det er like kaldt på rommet som ute , spurte om hjelp i resepsjonen , men det var fortsatt like kaldt på rommet……

Clean, comfortable, well maintained but rather small room. We will return to Scandic up the road as the service was not up to Radisson standards. The one person at reception was alone & stretched thin at early evening check in, she was also there the next morning and clearly too tired to squeeze a hello or a smile. The second woman at reception in the morning didn’t even bother to look up from her screen.

Room: The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the amenities, including a coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a luxurious bathroom, exceeded expectations.
Dining: The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay—an impressive spread of fresh, high-quality options catering to all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty Norwegian breakfast or something lighter, the variety and freshness were outstanding. The in-house restaurant also delivered top-notch meals with great attention to detail.
Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym.
Location: Situated in the heart of Stavanger, the hotel is ideally located for both business and leisure travelers. It’s a short walk to the city’s main attractions, shopping streets, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient.
Service: The staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, always ready to assist

Veldig fint. Mot et medlemskap fikk jeg oppgradert enkeltrommet mitt til et dobbeltrom i 10. etg, med utsikt over byen og Breiavannet.
De ansatte på hotellet har bare vært hyggelige og hjelpsomme.
