모든것이 좋았어요. 그런데 식당음식이 너무 별로였어요. 콜보이는 키핑한 슈트케이스를 너무 함부로 다룹니다. 나머지는 모두 좋았습니다

The property itself offers a pleasant ambiance and holds great potential, but several areas require improvement to provide a seamless guest experience. The check-in process was notably inefficient, taking almost two hours for our group of 10 rooms. The staff appeared unprepared for the booking volume, which could have been addressed with better pre-arrival coordination. Offering options like credit card payments and streamlining guest identification processes would make a significant difference, particularly for large groups. The check-out process mirrored these inefficiencies, resulting in unnecessary delays and impacting our schedule. Additionally, the policy of issuing only one key card per room, with a required deposit for an extra card, feels outdated and inconvenient, especially for families or groups. There were other operational gaps that stood out, such as the delay in responding to a broken drinking glass in the lobby (dropped accidentally by my nephew) , a shortage of pool towels, and noticeable delays in housekeeping services. The discovery of baby cockroaches in breakfast bread was particularly concerning, indicating a need for stricter food safety and hygiene protocols. With improved preparation, enhanced staff training, and investment in guest-centric processes, this property could truly excel. I hope it does. It will be a pity if not.

We went to breakfast at late time. That's why probablt not so many food. Im satisfied everything.

Initiall room issues which were quickly resolved.

The hotel staff were very prompt and efficient in addressing my concerns. I would have given the hotel a five star if not for the restaurant. Many of the items in the menu were no longer available so we had to choose from very limited options: burgers and nachos. The burgers were served cold and the bread tasted old and stale. It also took quite some time for our order to be served. Having said this, I will still book at this hotel the next time I am around that part of the Philippines. I would just stay out of their restaurant.

Hotel lobby is ok however the rooms is creepy and dirty and cockroach welcome us at the room

Appalling place - we emailed to confirm the restaurant was open until 11 then when we arrived at 830 it was closing Then we were made to wait at check out so they could check we hadnt stolen anything from the room

The staff were nice. We rented two rooms for a family of seven First room- Smell was not good, even after the staff already perfumed the room. Second room- There was leakage from the ceiling in the bathroom. The maintenance said that it was because of the shower. But dang, it was directly above the restroom on the upper floor.

Nice place only draw back the Korean men were bringing the hookers from the bar in the evening someone should tell them that is NOT A MOTEL! Otherwise place is great.. it's clean.. staff are nice.. and the restaurant breakfast buffet is good!

Lovely hotel with a nice pool, staff are attentive, lots of parking, nice breakfast buffet.

I stayed for 3 night's, the first 2 were good, but the last was hell with the kids in the room above me going craver. I had to call the front desk 5 times.

Staff is friendly and The outside and lobby were beautiful but the actual room was just ok. The videos and photos of the room were definitely different. This was definitely our least favorite hotel in all of the 5 we booked in Manila but it was convenient to where we needed to go. The wifi for the CC machine was not working properly and could not process the CC’s I brought from US and had to put pesos down to hold deposit for room even if booked through Expedia with CC. All of the hotel is non smoking but When we got to 1 of the 4 rooms the 1 actual room smelled of smoke. But staff quickly gave us another room so they were very accommodating. The spa is not a spa but “massage” I wanted to jet out of there as soon as we opened door. Some positives newer hotel not with casino, convenience of location to driving northern Manila, free breakfast, newer hotel, friendly staff.

Very nice hotel, clean, food was amazing, staff were polite (although some struggled with English) not a problem with google translate. Only issue I personally had was the walk in shower I needed a seat for my disability. Beautiful hotel, beautiful area.
