Guests are required to obtain a Hajj visa to check in to hotels in the city of Mecca from 13 May to 11 June, 2025. Please ensure that you stay updated on the latest travel restrictions and guidelines issued by the local government.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. During Ramadan, from March 1-29, 2025, the restaurant serves Sohor (pre-dawn meal) and Iftar (evening meal) according to local custom. Sohor is available for SAR 300 per person, per day, and iftar is available for SAR 350 per person, per day (fees exclude taxes). Guests booked in breakfast included rate plans will receive iftar instead of breakfast during this time. Guests booked in dinner included rate plans will receive sohor instead of dinner during this time.
