The stay is always great here, staff are particularly lovely. The fan in the bathroom did make noise all night though. You couldn't hear it through the closed door but it seemed to be running even with the light off. Everything else was perfect.

Lovely lovely stay as always with Apex. Damien was very friendly and welcoming on our arrival and we were able to check in early which was so useful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a 2-floor duplex PROS: - Views were spectacular, very cool space - The staff was extremely friendly and attentive - You can't beat this location, it's next to all transportation hubs and in the middle of shopping and restaurants - Complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge CONS: - Soundproofing between rooms was very poor. We could hear the people in the next room having low-level conversations, and romantic things. Our first night, we were watching TV around 8pm and the room next door banged on the wall. We realized the walls were very thin because it went both ways. Airline staff stays here, so we found ourselves whispering the entire stay in case they were in the next room. Not the hotel's fault, but we couldn't be ourselves on vacation. - 8/10 clean, typical wear and tear from being used - Area above the upstairs mirror needed lighting OVERALL: Worth the price, but wish the soundproofing was better

The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, unfortunately meals were only limited to morning but the food was good. The neighborhood was cramped and sidewalks not well maintained. One street over had a lot of shops and food establishments. Plan on walking uphill or downhill to get anywhere. Bus or train stations were roughly six blocks away. Most sites of interest were a 30-45 minute walk. I used my phone map app to get around. I use ATT so I have world wide phone service. The people were great anywhere I went. Very helpful.

A nice clean room. It had a nice breakfast buffet and menu selection. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is excellent- continental or full British cooked to order. Our Room was a bit small for three people, partially due to the size of the bed and sofa bed. There is everything in the room for comfortable stay: kettle,(tea/ coffee), glasses and cups, hairdryer, iron and full-size board.

Sturtan kraftmikil! Elska. Saknaði þess að geta ekki plugað slettujárninu minu inni a baði. En rumið var GRJÓTHART.

Comfortable, clean rooms for a one night stay. Good size room and decent facilities. The hotel was advertised as having free valet parking, but this was a mistake on the Hotels.com website at it was not included (discounted rate at another car park nearby instead). The travel cot for the baby did not come with a mattress, so was unusable. Free welcome drink promised was not included, but staff were otherwise very helpful.
