ห้องสะอาดดีมาก เตียงกว้างกว่าที่คิด นอนสองคนได้สบายๆ ในเตียงมีที่ชาร์จทั้งแบบ usb และเสียบปลั๊ก มีกระจกเปลี่ยนไฟได้หลายสี มีปุ่มลอคห้อง เปิดปิดไฟในห้อง มีม่านรูดบังแสง ในห้องมีทีวีและแอร์ สะดวกสบายมาก มีห้องน้ำส่วนตัวในห้องเลย อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำมีพร้อมหมดแชมพู ครีมอาบน้ำ แปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน หวี ไดร์เป่าผม ผ้าเช็ดตัว ที่แขวนก็มีเยอะ ห้องน้ำสะอาดมาก มีรองเท้าเดินในห้องให้ การเข้าที่พักส่วนกลางและห้องพัก ก็ใช้รหัสกดประตู ไม่ต้องพกกุญแจใดๆ พื้นที่ส่วนกลางก็สะอาด หอมมาก มีตู้อัตโนมัติขายของ มีตู้เนสกาแฟที่มีทั้งกาแฟและไมโลร้อนบริการฟรี มีที่เติมน้ำร้อนเย็นฟรี เห็นมีตู้ซักผ้าน่าจะต้องหยอดเหรียญ พื้นที่ตั้งก็สะดวกมาก อยู่ใกล้ไชน่าทาวน์ มีป้ายรถเมล์หน้าที่พัก ห้างและMRTก็อยู่ตรงข้ามเลย สะดวกมากๆ โดยรวมแล้วดีมากเลย มีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกค่ะ แนะนำเลย

체크인 절차도 훌륭했고 리셉션 직원분도 정말 친절하셨어요. 3박을 묵었는데 호텔 정책상 청소는 한 번만 해주셔서 수건은 한 번만 갈아주었지만, 저희는 아무 문제 없이 지냈습니다. 방은 반짝반짝 깨끗하고 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 호텔 수준의 편의시설을 제공한다는 점이 놀랍습니다. MRT 차이나타운과 매우 가깝습니다.

이곳에서 하룻밤을 묵었는데 정말 좋았습니다. 위치가 아주 전략적이고 찾기도 쉬웠습니다. 객실, 여자 화장실, 침대 모두 깨끗했습니다. 예약 번호 마지막 6자리만 열쇠와 사물함 열쇠로 사용하면 됩니다. 생수, 온수, 커피/라떼/테타릭/마일로가 무료로 제공됩니다. 외출하기 귀찮으시다면 라면과 차가운 음료를 판매하는 자판기가 있습니다. 캔 맥주도 판매합니다. 배낭여행객에게 강력 추천합니다.

• Last check-in time: 11.30 PM. Any late arrival would not be entertained and no refund will be made.
• Please inform the hostel should you require to check-in late after 11.30 PM or arriving late due to delay. Any uninformed delay arrival may be deemed as "NO SHOW" and the hostel has the rights to cancel the booking with 100% penalty.
• You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals.
• Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed.
• Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

They do not clean the bed. The reason is that I extent my stay. Before I stay for two days and cheack out on 10.00 am. But because of the flight canceled so I booked a new one and back to this pod hotel at 16.41.

Tempatnya deket banget sama MRT chinatown dan pinggir jalan jd kalau naek grab atau bus gampang. Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya saja toiletnya cuman ada 2 dan sempit banget. Untuk cewe ada hair drier tapi kurang nyaman kalau dandan di toilet umum karna kacanya di luar sedangkan kaca di dalam kamar kecil. Lampu dan air nyala otomatis diatur jam nya jadi ga bisa nyalain lampu kamar atau air di wc untuk buang air.

Terrible service. The staff were rude and unfriendly from the very start (at check in)--as if we owed them so much for letting us stay. This hostel also had so many strict rules that were never disclosed and agreed to by the guests upon booking. They were also unresponsive when I tried contacting them by email. Not accommodating at all. They need to improve the customer experience in this place. Do not stay here if you expect to be treated like a person.

Very good new capsules pod hotel, very recommended. Private room very ideal for family with 4 persons, very clean hotel. During my 2 nights stay tv does not work at all, the rest is wonderful. Cons: check out time is too early 10:10am !
