아파트형 호텔. 조식부터 침실, 주방, 욕실 등 모든 것이 완벽했다. 5분거리에 버스정류장이 있어 룬드시내 어디든 갈 수 있고, 룬드역, 성당, 룬드대학교 다 걸어다닐 수 있다. 보태니컬 가든이 바로 옆에 있어서 수시로 산책할 수 있는 것도 장점이다.

Vi hade beställt en barnsäng. Den var inte på plats. Vi fick ringa och påminna dem. Vi valde att flytta ut och checkade in på ett annat hotell. Möblerna var gamla och slitna. Värmen var inte påslagen så det var kallt

Ligger bra till. Rummen är stora och sängarna är bra.

Centralt beliggende, der opvejer meget andet. Lidt slidt (stikkontakter, der ikke virker mm), men trods det velfungerende lejlighed. En del gadestøj natten igennem. Skriftlig kontakt med udlejer, hvilket gør det svært at få rettet op på små udfordringer. Når det er sagt, så kommer vi igen.

An excellent option in Lund in fantastic central location, super convenient grocery store, market, and parking nearby. Clean and comfortable apartment with sauna / gym facilities. Friendly staff, highly recommend!

Mycket bra! Stort och fräscht, och köket var mycket uppskattat. Kanske hade jag missat det men en nackdel var att det inte fanns schampo varvid jag var tvungen att handla det.

Stort værelse med masser af plads. Desværre havde de glemt at redde op til en tredje person på værelset. En skammel var så støvet at man kunne tegne figurer i støvet. Der var stikdåser som hang løst ud af væggen. Farligt for små børn.

excellent location!

Allmänt ofräscht, både i entré, korridor och i rummet. Luktar gammalt matos och det fanns skräp liggande i korridoren och öl spilldes ena kvällen av någon i entrén och fläcken fick vara kvar resten av helgen.

Sofasengen havde en meget tynd madras. Ellers var værelset og sengen godt.

Clear, consistent, and repeated instructions are necessary for Aparthotels with little to know visible service to guide you. One elevator specifies that the laundry, sauna, and gym appear on the 3rd floor, while the other specifies (correctly) that it is on the 2nd floor. The elevator with the correct signage is not the main elevator. Also there is no instructions in the room for the wifi passcode, although it does appear on the second elevator but not the main elevator near reception. The website and messages mention a "starter pack" for laundry (which I assumed was laundry detergent) but none could be found, neither in the room nor the laundry room. I would have brought travel laundry detergent had they not implied that it would be included with the stay. They also tell you to take out the garbage but give you no instructions about where to deposit it in your room, you have to find out when you take it to the lobby. All these instructions need to be posed in each room!

Lägenheten var fräsch , ren och sängarna väldigt sköna.

Opersonligt rum men i ett centralt läge i staden. Praktiskt om man vill ha nära till allt vad Lund kan erbjuda i form av sevärdheter och restauranger. Därför också dyr parkering i området. Ett underlakan saknades på rummet, bäddsoffan var inte bekväm.

Lägenhet ligger bra nära för allting. Det kunde bli bättre med andra saker som finns i lägenhet. Soffan har fläck, kuddar är lite gula färg från fläck med och dusch munstycke hållare är sönder . Allt annat är ganska bra utom dem jag nämde. Tack.

Great location and modern apts but has some issues. Got really hot especially the west facing room I was in. Had to sleep windows opened in the first days of May. Can’t imagine trying to sleep there in summer. No AC. When windows are opened, there is a big car park beside it literally metres away. Car park gets noisy with cars, people doing stuff from early to late. Some people turn their music very loud etc. They can’t solve this but they can get AC or at least some ceiling fans. Apt doors soft close but then they all release instantly and slam. Almost like you can’t not slam them unless you wait for the slow closing until the end and hold the door. Neighbours doors can shake the wall behind you. The whole unmanned approach to reception is just a pain. Had to call their number multiple times and go through press this press that voice to get the luggage room opened and to learn how the cooker unlocks, which they didn’t know anyway. They give washing liquid, coffee machine etc but no shampoo and no salt. I am sure they would say no salt because of hygiene reasons but then how to restaurants give you reusable salt bottles or small sachets and it works? They try to charge extra for a lot of services. Checking in was not smooth because it kept saying 4pm then I got the code at 3.30pm but still said 4pm so is the code valid from arrival or 4pm? Just confusing and very factorised. Didn’t feel much of “hospitality” when trying to get in to an empty reception like a ghosted place.
