Friendliest staff ever. Super welcoming and accommodating and fluent in English. Nice patio area and free coffee, tea, and fruit. Unfortunately the room didn’t have AC, no fridge, no clothes iron, and no kettle.

Great location, 10 minutes from the train station even with a 15kg suitcase. Quiet even though only a stone’s throw away from the library-cathedral complex. Three restaurants very close by.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt, Auto abstellen und alles zu Fuß erkunden.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und von hohen Qualität! Man kann sowohl drinnen wie auch draußen frühstücken.
Werden das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen!

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre ville, à 2 pas de la fabuleuse bibliothèque historique. De nombreux restaurants à moins de 2mn à pied. Confort, propreté, service, tout est impeccable. Les chambres ont été renovées récemment et disposent de salle de bain et WC privés (ce qui n'était pas le cas avant). Il faut aussi noter que c'est un hôtel socialement responsable qui emploie des personnes en situation de handicap. Bref, que de l'excellence !

Good city hotel, about 200m from the Abbey. The difference with this hotel was the hospitality of the staff, everyone was helpful and positive (including the cleaners and housekeepers). Yet everyone also took Corona very seriously, with facemasks everywhere and, of course, the check for the Certificate for entry to the breakfast room. Bedroom was a little echoey, thanks to the spartan internal design, but was comfortable. Very on trend, but may not be to everyone's taste... Breakfast was fine, some particularly good local cheeses available.

Séjour magnifique , hôtel propre très bien situé pour profiter des sites historiques et la vieille ville qui sont de vrais bijoux ainsi que profiter de la gentillesse des suisses allémaniques
