The hotel service looks overall ok. But the room is too small for my three families. The weather in Zurich that day is too warm. The room without an air-condition is as warm as outside. If the room could be larger and an air-condition could be supplied, then the hotel will be popular. The breakfast should be included. There is no restaurant near the hotel.
