This property (also called Sun Moon Lake Home Hotel on some maps services) was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The room and bathroom were both spacious and in excellent condition. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Parking for the hotel is at a lot very close by (the staff will help direct you); there is a very small fee per night that grants you unlimited access in and out of that lot. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location overlooking Sun Moon Lake. Near to the pier, many restaurants and the bus station. Very nice room and balcony. Good breakfast and the comfiest bed of our holiday.

Overall was extremely satisfied with the hotel. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay at sun moon lake. Location was extremely good ( close to main bus drop point, close to boat & multiple bike rentals too ). Every reception staff whom we came across the past 3 days have been extremely friendly.
Hotel view was one of the best in sun moon lake! ( remember to get the lake view )Hotel newly renovating hence it’s very clean. Breakfast was decent too. Love our stay here and would definitely be back in the near future! Price of hotel is competitive too.
Thank you Sun Moon Lake Apollo for making my fiancé and my stay here in Sun Moon Lake memorable by helping me arrange all the extra request.

Excellent location overlooking Sun Moon Lake. Near to the pier, many restaurants and the bus station. Very nice room and balcony. Good breakfast and the comfiest bed of our holiday.

帶家人來這邊度過週末，周六住周日出，定了雙床四人房，約6000出頭，住在七樓，以下是跟家人討論的優缺點：
優點：床夠大，距離碼頭很近，晚上買東西都算方便，環境乾淨，服務人員都很親切，有自動沖水免治馬桶。
缺點：以6000出頭這個價格，早餐實在算簡樸，沒有附牙刷也是很讓人訝異。

Best location, best view of the lake.
Nice arrangement of in-room breakfast at the balcony. The best part of stay.
But the air conditioner not worked during the midnight on the second day. #703 please fix it!

臨時想說連續端午假期剛過的一週(6/15-6/16)遊客應該不會太多就用Hotels.com訂了鴻賓大飯店(裝潢後全新)
(日月潭湖畔住過8間)所以直接訂街景房'湖景走下樓就是了~網路評論幾乎都是湖景房的'還有點疑惑'~~
當天依守則後將車停好'散了個小步就附近吃吃走走'快3點時先生拖著行李箱著簡易行李箱去Check in'順口問了房務親切的小姐{建議加價換湖景房嗎}?
出乎意料的'親切小姐說'我的街景房很棒'還有和室泡茶間'我又問'街景會不會看別家的窗戶{😒隔壁那間飯店會}得到滿意的答覆'房間在8樓'有浴缸'水溫跟水力超棒'洗手台一側就是飲用水'冰箱內有提供氣泡水'和室空間實在太讚~😁說實在的'簡直就是文武廟旁承億文旅的縮小版'兩間都很優秀'推推
再來是早餐'乾乾淨淨的'該有的都有了'新鮮蔬果'地瓜粥'麵包'適當配菜'還有無糖豆漿呢'''''讚'''''''只是少數客人在離開座位去取餐飲食不會將椅子稍稍內推'畢竟空間不大難免影響其他客人'同理心多一點就不會跟其他人至氣而碎念了''''''''

Staff were super helpful even though language was a little barrier.
Room had a beautiful view of the lake.
The only thing I didn’t like was the vanity basin being positioned in the entry way (not the bathroom) - very impractical.

房間看出去的風景是很美的，陽台有座椅及桌子，可坐在那吃東西看風景，但那天一抬頭居然看到3隻蟑螂在爬，嚇到趕快關上陽台的門，快速進到房間內。廁所有個怪味不會形容。床跟枕頭是好睡的！但床單有之前房客的血漬。床頭櫃上的USB充電孔是假的（不能充電啊）。對了，退房的部分店家踩很硬喔！打電話告知會慢10分鐘，結果19分鐘一到櫃檯直接斷電，感覺很差。

入住的房型是靠老街的
浴室雖是玻璃門乾濕分離，但水還是會流出來，導致整個洗臉盆的區域都濕搭搭的🤔️
還有房間雖有三個插座，但竟然有兩個不能過電，實在很不方便

The hotel is near the bus station to Sun Moon Lake and the pier of Shui She. The orientation of the room is superb, overlooking the lake, just like their introduction in the app. Staff are friendly.
I would consider staying here again if I go back to Sun Moon Lake.
