ไม่คุ้มกับราคา 5 ดาว ราคาไม่เหมาะสมกับสภาพความเป็นจริง การบริการ พนักงานต้อนรับแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ สภาพห้องพักเก่า และการดูแลผู้เข้าพัก ยังไม่เหมาะกับ 5 ดาว น่าจะ 3 ถึง 4 ดาว แอร์เหม็นอับ แต่ดีว่าแจ้งเปลี่ยนได้ อาหารเช้าไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายเพิ่ม ตอนจองควรดูให้ดีๆ ว่ารวมอาหารเช้า 2 ท่านหรือไม่ โดยรวมคิดว่า ไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่าย

The location was a bit far but very secluded and private. Had a beach and several small pools. Not made for swimming laps but just for dips. breakfast selection was just okay. Wish it could be better carrying Novotel name. Check in was fast.

The reason we stay here is that it is near sanctuary of truth but the biggest problem is that they ban uber and grab from entering the area and the shower drainage is problematic.

Pros: very luxurious and comfortable facilities. Convenient transportation and private. Cost efficient. Convenient self-check in. Very informative and friendly contact person. Good service-minded hotel staffs. Cons: lack of light or non-caffeine soft drink provided for in-room service, such as Ovaltine or chocolate drink. Lack of bottle cap opener, such as beer cap. Overall: it's great and very satisfied.
