Stayed in Pool Villa. Had a small private pool in our villa. The only thing is the shower and bathroom were outside ( outdoors) of the bedroom. A bit inconvenient and lots of mosquitoes!

Det beste vi har bodd på. Vi elsket vårt rene og avkjølte "Swim in pool". Eneste som trekker litt ned var at strandområdet ved hotellet ikke egnet seg til bading.

사진과 후기들을 엄청나게 보고 2박을 예약해서 간 곳, 전체건물 분위기와 친절한 직원들은 매우 진심 굿!
그러나 객실- 좋게말하면 앤틱함, 나쁘게말하면 오래되고 낡은..욕실- 일단 밖으로 나가야함, 문이 없고 커튼.. 들어가면 사우나.. 변기쪽으로 갈수록 모기떼가.. 결국 1박만 겨우 하고 체크아웃함...
파빌리온~객실임 다른타입은 다를수도있으니 참고하시길

서비스가 친절하고 다양한 조식이 맛있었음. 그러나 주변에 편의시설이 부족하고 시내에 나갈경우 택시 비용이 많이 들어서 관광용으로는 적합하지 않음. 리조트 자체의 시설은 아름다우나 규모가 작고 인접해있는 바다는 아름다운 편이 아님

호텔 인테리어는 좋습니다
제일싼방에 묵었음에도 불구하고
세심한 배려가 보였구요
자주 몰래들어와서 청소해놓고가셨습니다
풀사이드 방으로 예약할껄 많이 후회했습니다
호텔 메일수영장이 작고 너무 떙볕이라
풀사이드 있는 방이 부러웟습니다
아침식사도 나름좋았구요
제가갈때 인근바다에 물이 안좋았습니다(7월)
생각보다 호텔앞 데크가 멋있진 않았습니다
물깊이가 낮고 뻘인데다가 쓰레기가 둥둥떠있어서
이용할수있는게 하나도 없었습니다
호텔내에 엑티비티가 많았으나
추가로 돈을내게한다던지
하는게 많아서 좀 씁쓸했습니다
무료인줄알았는데 돈낸다던지..(미리 고지를했다면 덜 그럴텐데 가고보니 돈달라고...)
예를들어
요리프로그램이있다길래 갔더니
쏨땀을 만들더라구요
그냥 만드는 모습을 저희는 지켜보는것이구요(직접하는게 아니였습니다)
1분만에 요리는 끝나고
맛보게 해주셨는데 쏨땀이 엄청 매웟습니다
매워서 물드릴까요?그러더라구요
그래서 내 주세요 했더니 -_-뒤에냉장고를 가르키며
사라는겁니다...
얼마 안해서 사먹을수도 있긴하지만...
좀그렇습니다...
그리고..호텔로비에서 인터넷좀하는데
직원분이 오셔서 아이스크림 드실래요 ? 그러길래
그냥 주시는줄알았죠...(저흰달라고한적이 없거든요)
그랫더니 주시면서
돈달랩니다...150바트..-_-;;; 진짜 작은아이스크림이였습니다
그리고 메인인..전등 날리는행사입니다..
7시19분부터 한다길래 밥안먹고 기다렸습니다
컴컴해지더니 메뉴판을가져오십니다
칵테일을시켜야 할수있댑니다
칵테일1잔사면 1잔준다면서 그러더니
한잔에 220바트에 봉사료부가세 추가됩니다-_-;;
빈속에 칵테일마시고 (한국보다 더 술을 많이 넣어줍니다) 헤롱거리면서 밥먹으러 갔습니다
분위기가 좋으니 참았습니다
그런데 해변에서 -_-싸게 전등팔덥니다;;;쩝...
몇가지 좀 그러했습니다
그거 뺴고는 호텔 자체는 좋습니다..
인테리어가 맘에 듭니다
욕실도 맘에들고 내부에 아이폰 스피커 꼽혀있는것도 맘에듭니다
다시가고싶네요

에션셜룸 3박 이용했습니다.
일단 에션셜룸은 2층에 위치해있고 바로 옆방과 같은 계단을쓰며, 거실이 실내라고 하기엔 애매한 반실내입니다 그리고 옆방거실을 바라보고있구요..
프라이벗 절대 보장안됩니다..
그리고 5성급이라기엔 그에 합당하지 않은 직원들의 불친절함..유도리라고는 없는듯..
그리고 전용비치...놀수 없는 바다입니다..
관상용해변이라고 보심될듯...
가격대비 완전 비추입니다.

Hotel is very nice, designed in a nice Thai style, we took the plunge pool room, which was nice but the toilet is outdoors so a little hot and humid ..
staff very accommodating, and very nice.
Location is in the outskirts of Lamai , so to go to the market or the Main Street you need a taxi / scooter.

We were blown away with the beachfront villa that we had. We were impressed with the authentic look and feel of the villa but also in the fact that it had everything that we needed. The room was cleaned every day, the staff were very attentive and made you feel very welcome. The property is on the main road but is set well back and is very quiet. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely, the spread for breakfast was perfect and delicious. We especially enjoyed the privacy of having your own pool and couldn't have asked for anything more for our honeymoon! You won't be disappointed if you stay at this hotel.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed there for 8 nights.
The restaurant is great, amazing food and good breakfast buffet.
The beach in front of the hotel is not super but a few hundred meters along the beach it is great.

The staff were very nice and the hotel has a lot of potential, however it’s very dated and old and is not very well maintained. We chose this hotel as it was “5 star” and the photos online looked great, however once we arrived we soon learned it’s not more than a 3 star hotel and the photos were not as good as we saw online.
It feels like they have just let the hotel go, with rusty equipment, dirty and broken sun lounges and the beach is not usable and sadly is not actually on Lamai beach.
The rooms were nice, however dark and for a so called 5 star hotel they give you instant coffee and a kettle. The air conditioning was also very temperamental and despite them coming to fix it one night it didn’t work and we spent the night sweating.
The breakfast was nice but again only 3 star quality.
I would not stay here again and do think they need to update the hotel and/or not charge the same prices as more luxurious hotels.

Unstable Wifi in our 4 days stay, we told to the staff but Wifi remained unstable.
We expect 5 stars hotel to provide spa with Sauna and Jaccuzzi, hotel asks 800 bhat per hour for whirpool bath (was empty) and there is no Sauna.
The hotel has too many stairs - 26 stairs to the lobby then you need to walk 100-200 meters and then climb another 26 stairs to your room - very unplesent.
Pool was clise at 18:00 which is really rediculous.
So sorry, for this price, for a 5 stars resort I was highly dissappointed.

Used to be an amazing nice hotel and In immaculate condition when it was run by Les Meridian. We had stayed there multiple times pre-COVID. Now it’s looking very dated, nothing to do in the hotel (they used to run little events- cooking lessons etc..). Now there’s really nothing to do there.
The beach front is dirty and full of litter, plastic and dead fish. This small beach area in front of the hotel used to be cleaned regularly and this is no longer the case. I see other hotels cleaning their beach area daily - this hotel does not.
Also Lamai and the immediate area around the hotel also seems to have not recovered from Covid - places we used to go to are gone etc..
All this and they still charge what Les Meridian charged when it’s not as good seems unreasonable.
This was our third and last time we will stay there - which is a shame. No fault of the staff and people working there- they are brilliant, just seems to be the people running it trying to do it on the cheap.

The staff at this hotel really make your stay with them exceptional. You are made to feel so welcome and treated with courtesy and friendliness. The pool facility is fantastic and both restaurants provide great quality and speedy service. I really recommend this hotel

Food menu was very limited, hotel needs maintenance. Beach was rocky underwater difficult to swim had to stick to the pool and toilet in room you could not put toilet paper in it. Open bin was provided but that is embarrassing

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was amazing and overall the resort was very good. The only reasons for being 4 and not 5 star were the number of steps everywhere ( my wife suffers from bad joints) and the water treatment in the swimming pools stung the eyes. Otherwise all good and recommended.
