라군은 24시간 풀장이 오픈되어 있어 언제든지 사용 가능하여 너무 좋았고 조식 부페도 음식이 다양하게 준비 되어 있음. 다만 리조트 까지 들어 가는데 한 15분이 소요 되며 주위엔 다른 볼거리는 없음.

So good. Everyone in Anantara was sweet. Thx for caring us :) especially someone who help check-in (middle of robby counter, beauty) and Bryan(golf cart) was so so so so kind and sweet. Thanks anantara!

This is such a wonderful place to visit. Overall stay was exceptional. They are all very welcoming. We went as family and they provided everything we had asked as we had a baby. They attended to our needs quickly. This place made a turn around for our Dubai experience. Great place for vacation to relax and enjoy the view. One of the best resorts. Friendly staff to luxury and well kept room and room service. One of a kind lagoon. We would love to thank them for making our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to another visit in future.

Wir kommen seit 24 Jahren nach Dubai und haben immer 5-Sterne Hotels gebucht. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv auf dem Niveau eines 3-Sterne Hotels. Ich möchte vorab erwähnen, dass das gesamte Personal - vor allem Jamie von der Rezeption - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht sind. Allerdings kann das Personal an dem desolaten Zustand des Hotels nichts ändern! Dies liegt in der Verantwortung der Geschäftsführung, die offensichtlich nur Geld verdienen will und nichts für den Erhalt tut! Uns wurden die gebuchten Standardzimmer gezeigt, diese waren schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Die nächsten zwei Standardzimmer sahen nicht besser aus! Auf den Fluren zu den Zimmern hat es extrem muffig und unangenehm gerochen. Wir wollten den Urlaub abbrechen und definitiv das Hotel verlassen - da der Preis für 11 Tage bereits im Voraus bezahlt war und aufgrund der Bedingungen hat uns das Hotel nicht gehen lassen. Trotz diverser Telefonate mit Expedia und dem Hotel (was auch noch wahnsinnig teuer und zeitintensiv war), konnten wir nicht gehen! Wir hätten den Betrag nicht zurückerstattet bekommen! Nur weil wir extrem viel Druck ausgeübt hatten, erhielten wir ein anderes Zimmer, welches dann zumindest erträglich war. Das Mobiliar im Frühstücksraum ist heruntergekommen und die Polster sind dreckig und ausgesessen. Die Liegen, Auflagen und die Handtücher am Pool sind dreckig und verfleckt. Die Fliesen im Pool sind kaputt, oder fehlen ganz, die Fugen sind dreckig!

We had to get frustrated to receive our room. People came after us and received their room 1 hour before us. At 2.55 I checked with the lady sitting at the check in she said we need to wait maybe till after 3. Thats the only thing i didn’t like.
