새로 지은 호텔이라 깨끗하고 세련 호텔이다. 안다즈만의 느낌에 휴양지에 온 느낌이 든다.... 위치는 팜구역이라 비추... 새벽 비행기로 인해 오전체크인을 요청했으나 준비가 안되었다면서 오전동안 계속 로비에 대기했었고 우리보다 늦게온 다른 백인투숙객들은 체크인해서 들어갔지만 우리는 기다렸다. 그래서 약간 짜증이 났지만 아직 체크인 시간이 아니기에 우리도 호텔을 구경하며 기다렸다. 그래서 방이 거의 준비되었다면서 또 한시간이상 기다렸고... 하여튼 직원 대응이 별루였음....

Very lette room clining,after 18h, depositum takket as payment for the stay with out resing,i olredy pay in advance, and need to weit 15 bissnis day to get back, iving i dont nede to pay i pay cash to arrive.

Nice hotel but I wished these basic things as cotton wool was there and not need to be asked from reception. Pool, both adult and main were great! Room service took longer than expected as it was busy

Stayed at the Andaz for 4 nights half board and was very disappointed by the service and the quality of the stay. First, we were surprised by the fact that the main pool and beach were shared with another hotel/residence and so busy. Once on the beach there is no free water for the customers which is very surprising in Dubai because all the hotels offer free water or water fountain to customer by the pool/beach. I was told I had to go back to the main hotel to get water because they couldn’t give us free water by the pool because it’s share by other hotel residents. The room was big but the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all, not enough pillows and the mattress were very hard. The half board food at the buffet lacked of variety, quality wasn’t great either. I would say this experience doesn’t reflect a 5 stars hotel

Good location for shopping and beach. Food was very good, the hotel and pool excellent though a few untidy areas on beach especially after a child's party where tiny balls of polystyrene and glitter paper blew around for days, dissapointed this is allowed from a green point of view. Staff amazing, stayed before at the sister hotel The Dukes but found this one though similar in layout preferable. Some lovely bars and restaurants with amazing food in walking distance on the beach. Highly recommend

The area around the hotel is designed for cars first, pedestrians second. When 6 months of the year it is easy to walk to nearby places, there is no easy priority given to walking or cycling.
