Nice stay

Good price, good location, comfortable place

JLT에 인접하여 출장 기간 중 회의 일정 소화에 용이하였음. 다만 가격 대비 호텔 시설의 노후화가 두드러져 보임.

It used to be as it named but not any more. There was blode hair besides breads at breakfast and when found, the chef was going to take the hair only, without chaning the breads. Furthermore, the octopus at starters during lunch time at ground leve, the taste was weird and seemed to be almost gone, however, the chef insisted mild tasted material, no poisoned. Finally, the assistant at reception was not that expected level of attitude, he was insisting that the cancellation of depoist should be thru a finance dept. at check out when I asked to cancel the deposit right away, but I was seeing other staff was cancelling theirs at card machine - the guy was telling like teaching a customer, no polite way of speaking. I will not ever visit to stay this hotel, never.

it is very near to Damac properties metro station, taking 35 mins from Dxb airport, 10 mins from emirates mall, 20 mins from Burj Khalifa. I rent a car so didn't use public transportation much. but still looks convenient. free valet parking is also part of covenient service. buffet also great. staff was approachable. generally I would say it helped me having a great short break. :)

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer und haben kostenlos einen dreistündigen Late-checkout erhalten. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber wirklich mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet und wurde vorbildlich gereingt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig (1.000 Meter) zur Dubai-Marina-Mall und hat liegt direkt an einer Metro-Station (250 Meter) und einer Tramstation (350 Meter). Trotz der Lage an der Scheich Zayid Road ist die Schalldämmung so gut, dass man davon nichts mitbekommt. Pool, Restaurant und Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, so dass wir dazu leider nichts sagen können.

Sehr herzliches freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen geheisen und zu Hause gefühlt. Mein Sohn hatte Geburtstag selbst dies ging ihnen nicht unter...mit Ballonen und Kuchen standen sie vor derTür....das war ein unerwarteter toller Moment. Das Frühstückbuffet war mit allem erdenklichen bestückt und super lecker. Wir genossen es sehr. Die Sauberkeit war excellent in jedem Raum. Der Standort war perfekt nahe gelegen zu allem. Das Hotel ist nur zum empfehlen.

Great location for Marina, JBR beach and other attractions. Staff were helpful and hotel immaculate. Would visit again.

It wonderful hotel ,food was great the only thing that bother me was the light of the AC control.

I visit this hotel every time I'm in Dubai. It’s easy to get to JBR by taking the tram or by walking through the mall across the street and along the marina. If you prefer the train, the station is just a two-minute walk away then you can go to the Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall, Downtown, and other stations.

Hotel was near metro station so it was convenient as we took the metro from the airport to hotel. There's Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel breakfast was good with many choices. There's also some eateries near the hotel within walking distance.

When we arrived the hotel in early morning. Front desk male staff tried his best to get a room for us. The price to upgrade to an apartment was reasonable. We could take a rest in the room after the long flight. The house keeping staff gave us a comfortable environment for us to sleep. Moreover, the breakfast was very good and delicious. We highly recommend.

Not up to standard very inflexibel staff and hotel maintenance is not what you should expect. Shower is continuously changing temperature and Pressure, rooms are only cleaned at the end of the day and Lauder does not return your clothing the same day. For me never again!

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, was a nightmare. For six days, the washroom in my room was constantly clogged, unusable forcing me to take my kids to an adjacent building to use the facilities. Daily calls to maintenance, with plumbers visiting three times a day, did not resolve the issue, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our trip. The check-in process was equally terrible. I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and initially given the wrong room, only corrected after I posted a Google review. Despite arriving a day late due to flight interruptions, the hotel refused to adjust my dates, and the receptionist struggled to find a room, finally assigning me a room with only one bed, contrary to my booking. I made a huge mistake booking this hotel. We booked 5 rooms in this hotel for our annual family vacation. Once they have your money they dont care. I paid $250/room per night, totaling almost $1600/room for six nights , for a substandard experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. There are many better options available, as this hotel lacks basic customer service and is not worth the high cost. They dont offer fair compensation for the inconvenience cause by their negligence and poor upper management.

Accebility in JLT is a bit turning around one way

Comfortable hotel to stay in and convenient location for my trip. Close by to the metro and Dubai Marina is walking distance away. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby also. Gym is very good.
