"Harry", the proprietor, is a really nice guy. The place is quiet and well located in Grover Beach. Only problem is the heating unit comes on very loud and intermittently throughout the night. They are nice enough to provide ear plugs, but a quieter unit or one where you could leave the fan always on would be better. Nice property and good people, though.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and neat. The onsite staff was very accommodating and I would definitely stay again.

넓고 깨끗하고 과일등 음식물을 씻을수있는 씽크도 따로 있어 좋았다
밤에 체크인 했는데 들어오는입구의 분위기가 교도소에 들어가는 느낌이었다
그리고 방이 매우 더워서 에어컨을 켰는데도 한동안 힘들었다

I love how it’s so close to the Amtrak station and the Oceano Dunes state beach. I also love how close it’s to bus #21 to Pismo Beach!
I don’t like the road closures in both directions on West Grand Street due to construction. The bus does not stop on West Grand and north 6th Street due to street closure in both directions.

Beds were absolutely terrible light in bathroom kept turning off complained about it to management. They came in and said all you need to do is tap it. It’ll come back on so this is a known problem and they did not fix it. Really irritating showering in the dark.

Staff is Great, they will do anything they can to make your stay comfortable. I stay here every time I'm in town. It's close to the beach and are PET FRIENDLY.
