Service was excellent, but the room was pretty dirty. Linens looked used and tv didn't have functional sound.

it needs to be upgraded too close to the road. A lot of noise didn’t rest very good. The bed was horrible. Will not stay there again sorry.

It was dirty rooms had a funk smell. Towels were very stained and smelt like they were washed with fried oil laundry.

Cockroaches. Filthy rooms. The room next to mine had traffic in and out all night, load music and loud arguements. STAY AWAY!

Horrible we left 5 minutes after getting there. We stayed at another hotel… beds were dirty, tub filthy and bugs… worst experience ever on top of losing money. And I tried to contact hotel.com numerous times and unsuccessful will not use them again either

They’re very really located close to I-75 and 441 with safe lighted parking lot . Office always open . Rooms clean and comfort as ble ac and WiFi cable tv etc

The manager Dave was great and the front desk person Jennifer was amazing both very friendly people and will go outta there way to help ya we come back to Florida definitely going back there to see them and stay again.. and now that they have started renovations it’s starting to look good

Worst hotel/motel that I have seeing in my life, my wife slept in the car instead of staying at this place. DIRTT ROOM, DIRTY BLANKETS, DIRTY SHEETS AGAIN WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

Disgusting ...The room was stinky and dirty. Nothing was working in the room (TV, electric outlets, lights and front door did not close or open . Toilet was dirty ( poop all over ) Tub and sink scratched and dirty . We couldn't breathe in there (smoke ). We left without being refunded . I can't believe this hotel is USA . I thought I was in a third world country ..

Pretty bad—ww had a confirmed reservation & had also requested a ground floor unit if possible (I had 7+ vein surgeries this past yr & stairs are somewhat difficult, of course! The Mgr told us several times that he didn’t know when our rooms would be ready, nor where they were located. Only 1 housekeeper had shown up that evacuation day due to Hurricane Milton. One of my sisters volunteered to help the housekeeper, Carolyn❤️, to help get our rooms ready—we had been waiting for over 4 hrs by that time!! PS our rooms were on the 2nd floor!! The toilets belong in a kindergarten bathroom. The tv remote didn’t work, There was a desk, no chair, no tissue, the bathtub had a peeling bottom that hurt 2 step on, etc. Very frequently, the office door was locked & the 2 people running the place could be gone 15-20!

The hurricane left the motel a little rough but room and staff were very good.

This was only hotel available to escape hurricane with any rooms and that would accept my dogs.Office staff was friendly. However the rooms were dirty and outdated. Bed was broken. Mold in shower. Dirty towels left in nightstand and food left in microwave. Breakfast was brown bag with muffin and fruit. Storm passed and head home a day early and no refund given for the last night I booked. Again would stay there only in emergency not for a fun vacation. Saw people working on rooms so hopefully property gets cleaned up and fully staffed

The room was not as viewed from the photo. The Beds were hard, the pillows were small and useless. I found Bugs in the room. The Beds had the wrong size mattresses on them so the frame stuck out on the sides so you hit your leg on it when getting in and out of bed. The handle on the toilet was broken so it was hard to flush. The coffee maker did not work.
