The room was clean, and the person at the front desk was really kind. I enjoyed my stay. Wasn't expecting a 50 dollar deposit but other than that my stay was great.

I thought a 20 dollar early check in fee was unnecessary. The weather was not good when I left home. The trip was better than expected so I arrived a bit early. I have stayed here on a number of other occasions. I will go back to the Hampton Inn on the return trip.

The desk person made me check in outside in the freezing cold at 8:30 at night. It wasn’t late or sketchy but I was literally freezing! If you’re worried for the front desk safety then put safety glass but that is absolutely ridiculous not to let guests check in, inside out of the elements! Additionally, I reserved and paid for two rooms on Expedia and it took her two phone calls and 15 minutes to get us checked in. Crazy. I didn’t feel safe and will not stay at an America’s Best in the future as the outside access room doors are concerning. Loud cars roaring by were alarming but the reviews led me to believe it would be great. It’s my fault, I should have gone higher end but I was just passing through and had no idea where I was at.

The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Checkin seemed to take a long time but it was smooth enough.
If you want food here then you’d really need to drive somewhere or have it delivered. There was a microwave and fridge but not utensils at all.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
You can’t have the curtains open without the whole world being able to see in.

The bed and the amount of pillows were awesome. It was very comfortable. Room was clean. Impersonal check-in had to talk to him through a glass but other than that it was good.
