Rooms are very comfortable, large, and clean. Easy to park. Check in took me 20 minutes, it was over a screen, they wanted to charge me the room when my room was already paid but we solved the issue.Breakfast basic, should have more options. Will recommend it.

Can not smoke on balcony there signs even in sliders which is one reason why myself and others I spoke to even purchased the room there because there were balcony nothing to see but roads n parking so no one goes on the balconies room is nice has weird check in process w man on computer screen while lady standing at the lobby counter he does everything takes your payment prints your room cards even definitely different was still quit and peaceful other then people walk outside by cars ect to smoke not a lot of people hanging out or anything just seemed overly odd to bother having a balcony!

Paint was falling off the wall in the bathroom. Overall room was definitely not worth the price paid. I'm never going to stay in a Wyndam hotel ever again. Will never book through Hotels.com again.

Checking in via Zoom Court (video conference) was different. Nobody on property except housekeeping that are also managed via Zoom Court. They may need a better screen. I told the zoom court guy that I had no soap or shampoo in my room at 5 am. Housekeeping was there in 10 minutes to fill some pump soap boxes. I really only wanted a bar of soap. I enjoyed the stay! Love Dolly's next door for breakfast! Waffle House for New Years Day close by sealed the deal...I will be back!

We thought we had a good value for our money overall. Chose this hotel mainly for its location near the beaches, not far from the airport and pretty much in the middle of everything. The premises were clean and well-maintained. The room itself was quite large in comparison to other standard rooms with 2 queens. The breakfast was included however continental, so quite limited in terms of options and repetitive.

The staff is seemingly and inexplicably primarily remote and therefore wholly inaccessible when needed, especially after your stay. During your stay, it’s not unlikely that you’ll have some sort of meaningless argument with them while they simultaneously manage to be unhelpful, especially the housekeeping staff. The decor and hotel overall is dated and really needs an update if they’re planning to keep charging what they do. The not-so-smart television has a whopping 3.5 channels - one in Spanish, one religious station, PBS and something that plays the local news. The walls are thin and the parking lot parties go on late and loud and don’t inspire confidence about the overall safety of the hotel. Needless to say, I hardly recommend this property.

After we were checked in all impact, we found out the TV did not work Tried to call the front desk with the phone. The phone didn’t work. Walk down to the front desk the agent came up to the room tried for an hour called somebody else tried for another half hour. Found the TV had a problem. They wanted us to change rooms. We were already unpacked already in our pajamas. I told the agent that they could just give us credit for not having a TV. They said they couldn’t do that. Check-in was very uncomfortable with the AI spoke very little English, including the agent in the hotel. Room and hotel was good except for the TV was not offered. Any breakfast was not offered any help with the TV did not like the kiosk for checking in and checking out will not use the hotel again. Would expect that we would get some type of a reimbursement for the problems we had.

A group of young adults, about 40 in total, had a loud party by the pool which was about 15 feet from my window. Their music was blasting and their conversations extremely loud in their effort to talk over the music. The "party" started about 9pm and lasted to about 11pm. During that time I called the "front desk" 4 times imploring that the music and party volume be reduced considerably. The people I spoke with on the phone were obviously not on the property but they assured me that they would take of it. Very little happened in the reduction of the party until it finally fizzled out its own at about 11. I had been traveling all day and was to travel more the next day and I needed - and expected - to sleep. I am extemely disappointed in the lack of response by your employees and I will NEVER again stay at one of your hotels and I will use social media to spread my disastrous stay at your hotel.

Pool wasn’t heated as advertised. Room door lock was broken. Outside door into hotel was open all the time. Vending machine took $5 without providing any items. Breakfast was ok.

One of the worst hotels. We arrived and went to the gal at the counter and she pointed at a machine and said check in there. Then she waited until the guy on the machine said give them their room key. How impersonal and a total waste of time. Located on a Main Street so always noisy. Didn’t sleep at all. No carpet so heard every noise upstairs. Breakfast was all bread and grains, no protein (boiled eggs were in fridge but no sausage or peanut butter. The room is dark beige with dark pictures and dark bedspread. There is a separate dehumidifier in the room and it’s damp in room. The pool isn’t clean and has a orange cone in it and to top it off next to the pool they have boarded up a room adjacent to the pool that may have been an outside eating or restaurant area but it looks bad. Rating should be a 5. I stayed here cause it was a rating of 7.5 but that sure wasn’t even close.
