Best Western Inn & Suites

A small, older facility that had been updated, especially the beautiful lobby/breakfast area. Rooms are spacious, not fancy but very nice for the price. It was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again when I return to San Antonio following the birth of my great-granddaughter.

My room faced the parking lot which had 2 Mexican men outside drinking beer until after 2 in the morning. My remote did not work the tv.

Needed a place for a quick overnight stay and BW inn&suites was excellent! Friendly staff and no complaints from my end throughout my brief period of respite in New Braunfels— would stay again.

It was a nice hotel near the downtown area! Comfortable bed, nice sitting area and good sized mini fridge. No complaints! The breakfast was good, items were limited to for me due to my gluten intolerance but other than that it was good.

Noisy air conditioner—cooling not adjustable—no extra blanket, no water pressure in sink—over-all, a dingy gross room. What was to have been a four night stay was reduced to one and then we checked out. It was disgusting and we won’t be using Expedia for future travel needs.

Clean, well maintained, froendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

Check inn was slow and painful, multiple forms to fill out, front desk manually types all your information even after you have completed online….makes no sense. Room was overpriced noisy neighbours….

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great customer service, sadly one of the blankets had dried blood stains on them.

We stayed for a project and the rooms never disappoint at best western.

There is a newer part of the hotel with rooms opening to the hotel corridor. The part of the hotel we stayed in is the original older two story section with stairs (no elevator) and outside doors that has been tastefully remodeled. The room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. It is a nice size and well furnished including a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast is good. It also has a nice pool which we did not use. It is convenient to the free way. stores, restaurants, and attractions. Since we have family nearby, we will be staying there whenever we visit them. I highly recommend this hotel.
