Hotel was fine. Not the best, not the worse....wife saw a cockroach as we were packing to leave. Breakfast was ok. Good location. Front desk person was not rude, but not friendly.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. check in was quick the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing I didn't like and this is minor at best was I couldn't use my debit/credit card on the soda machine Again, very minor. Very good place to stay.

Bathroom is dated, light fixtures & vent so loud, also needs night light. Breakfast was okay, very limited options for omelette, sausage barely cooked. Parking directions were difficult to locate at night. Check in was easy

My one-night stay at the Best Western was a far incomparable experience to other hotel stays. From the fast check-in to the staff, I found my time here worth the price. Breakfast and coffee are available, along with great conversation and good vibes. Victoria, a hotel staff member, was kind and helpful in working with the various tools in the breakfast room. She reminded me of what it is like when we remember to slow down and enjoy the current moment. I will be staying again in the future.

The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel is overall clean and a decent stay. Our problem was with housekeeping. It was a struggle to get them to service the room. When they did, they would remove all of the towels but not leave clean ones. It was weird. I had to go to the front desk several times to get these. If they don't service everyday, they should make that clear. It was not noted anywhere. If the housekeeping situation was communicated and or better, then I would give this a four star as otherwise, it is a good value for money.

Our room was facing the front of the Hotel and they have a very bright light that penetrate the blackout shade, they suppose to have a drape besides that so that will help to block the light, we were in room 104 and 106, also the cleaning person clean the bathroom but didn't touch the bed ? Breakfast need improvements. The pancake maker get it done completely raw. People servicing were very nice...
