Nice rooms with stove options and big fridge if you want to go shopping for food.

When I was about to depart Memphis on my way to the New Orleans area, on the morning of the day we were going to begin our 7 day stay, someone from the hotel called me to inform me that we would not be able to check into the handicap accessible room that I had reserved, because it was not available. This was despite the fact that I had phoned the property the previous week to confirm the booking and the specific room type. I require a walk-in shower. I could have managed a one night stay, but a week? No way. I was forced to find alternative accommodations the first day of a week-long stay in an extremely popular travel destination. The only way it could have been worse is if they hadn't called me and waited until I showed up to check in.

My experience was starting off to not so great!! Came all the way from Mississippi and the hotel could not find my reservation!! After we called Expedia, they resolved the issue everything was fine.

Huge room but outdated

The beds are at least 100 years old, sit almost to the floor. Awful will not stay again!

Paid for a king bed and was given two queen size beds in the room When inquired about it I was told that they did not have any available Why would you sell a room in the reservations if you sis not have it available Extremely frustrating

Dirty, roaches, ants and lizards in the room

Candlewood suites are always consistent friendly people, clean rooms, comfortable beds and best of all cold air conditioning

The room was clean but cramped and a bit worn/scarred. I expected a separate bedroom but received an obviously smaller room from the reservation photos online. The kitchenette, counter, seating, dresser and beds were all crammed together in a too small room. The hotel was full so management was unable to provide me with a proper substitute room.

Staff at front desk for check in was great. Awesome.

You're not going there for the location. The hotel is fantastic for the reasons you'll need to be there.

The recliner was broken and the bed was just wore out.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, free laundry facilities and located in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Services was not rendered due to overbooking & still solicited the Expedia payment with no reimbursement to my card. 😡
