I stay here every time I am taking my daughter to college or bringing her home. The property is just beautiful & has access to a beautiful walking path along Lake Erie. The staff is always super polite & helpful. Plenty of dining/shopping options nearby. SUNY Fredonia is an easy short drive up Central Ave.

Not well maintained property. Tub is dirty and worn, drain plug in sink in in disrepair causing water to back up, water leak has water coming through ceiling in the hall.

Very clean and great employees. The hotel is a little run down but it meets all the important criteria for a hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, good service, good proximity to Fredonia College.

The room was smelly, the bed lumpy and the floor uneven beneath the carpet. Furniture chipped. I had booked two nights through Expedia but left after one and had to eat one night’s rate

Nice it's by the lake. Other than that it is seriously run down. Bath was stuck on shower. Walls was coming apart in room. Elevator was atrocious. Weird smells.

Don’t waste your money. This property was old and filthy. Carpets stained. Bathtub was grey and stained - we didn’t even shower. Just left early the next morning. Breakfast was a joke. We ate a hard boiled egg. Front desk staff barely looked up to check us in and didn’t look up when we checked out. Didn’t even tell us where the elevators were upon arrival. Completely overpriced. This is a $89/night property. Don’t waste your time or money here.

tired and in bad need of renovation. Nobody came to make the beds or provide fresh towels in two days ! We finally had to call the front desk to ask. This is a dismal and depressing property. Some rooms are being renovated. Our bathroom had missing/broken towel racks, and this was supposedly a renovated room .... very very disappiinting.

Good location and friendly front desk clerk but the price was too expensive for what the hotel offers. The elevator smelled terrible and based upon its noises and jumps we wonder when its last maintenance was done. Our room overlooked the lake but the windows were so dirty you almost couldn’t see it. The breakfast was mediocre. And the smoke alarm went off five minutes after getting in the room. Motel 6 quality at resort prices. This hotel needs a lot of TLC or reduce prices to reflect true quality.

I hate to leave such a bad review. They did refund me half my stay. We stayed there last year with no problems. Room 405 had sticky, dirt carpets and I woke up with 11 bites on my feet and legs.

So many cobwebs and they weren’t fresh. They were old and dirty. So much filth in the windows that you couldn’t see outside. Peeling wallpaper. Dust and dirt everywhere. Husband has asthma and he struggled all night. Bathtub leaked through caulking all over floor. Carpet was filthy. Overall terrible for $250/nite.
