The bed was not good at all. Didn’t sleep well both nights we were there. Otherwise everything was great.

This was a excellent choice, very happy with everything that the property had to offer. Good communication with the property management. Will recommend if in Cocoa Beach, Florida

Cute decorated cottage that was close to a beautiful beach we enjoyed and had a nice deck complete with deck choirs. The cottage was located fairly close to the pier which we drove to for dinner. The cottage is too small for two adults and a 17 year old, We had no room to put our suitcases as we were on a 12 day vacation. The AC works but it is incredibly loud and blows the cold air right into the bed and into the bathroom which was freezing. We were so cold we turned the air off to warm up then realized everything in the bathroom got wet. There were no hand towels in the bathroom which was annoying just washcloths and bath towels. The sink in the bathroom stopped draining the second day. I liked the idea of the barn door but it did not stay closed and kept sliding open. The bed in the bedroom is a lovely bed frame but too large in size for this room, my husband and I are not large people and it was difficult to walk around the bed. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced asap, we kept rolling to the middle all night ending up in a hole. I feel this cottage was not as advertised on Expedia and we should have gotten a hotel room and would have paid less.

Beautiful and quiet location! Loved everything about it

Our little family of four has now stayed here twice, and LOVE this cozy place! Not only is the cottage itself adorable and easily accessible, the private beach is close by and absolutely beautiful!

We have stayed here once before and came back because it's close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and well furnished/cozy. And we will surely come back again!

You won't find better hospitality! The beds were amazing and the apartment was adorable. You have your own perfect little beach with soft sand that is picture perfect. This was a cute place to stay where everything was close by.

Cute little rental, can walk straight to the beach behind the house. It's not a long walk either. Wish we could've stayed longer to explore the area. Communication was excellent.

Was a very cute little place to relax and enjoy the beach. Not a far drive from all of the restaurants and shops, but far enough that it is quiet and less busy. Loved our stay!

So excellent to be this close to the beach, have our own entrance to it, and have beach ready supplies too. Outfood shower spot too! Really great stay, thank you!

The property looks better online than in person. They do not show you the outside and they lead you to believe that the ocean area is near all the units. The area at the beach is not convenient and there is a private unit that is beside the beach area so you have to walk around to access the area to sit which is small. The unit is super small and I thought it slept 4 people, it barely fits 2. Also, have a coffee maker but NO COFFEE packs. We would have been better off in a hotel.

Easy to find and self checkin and out. It is a very small unit, family of 4 with two kids under 10 and it was almost too tight. It’s a much older apartment, which was in decent shape, but not a cottage or house or bungalow. The beach is literally right behind the property so excellent location. It also had an enormous selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys which was really nice! The location was quiet and seemed safe while we were there. We had great views of the rocket launch from the back of the property! The really horrible part was the mildew smell. We didn’t see any mildew, but you can definitely smell it when you walk in. The owners should really consider installing a fart fan in the bathroom. There was some dust on the ceiling near the ac return, and I found a used tooth flosser in the bedroom window. Overall the stay was fine. Not a super fancy place, but for the price each night with the beach access it was fine for us. Probably won’t stay again.

We were on the bottom floor and the people above us were loud. Also we had issues with the lock on the door getting in and out but the place was cute and very clean on the inside.
