Comfort Suites Yakima

The staff and the hotel it self was great. Only downside is that i got bunch of bite of bed bug. Thankfully my father was ok but i got 15 bites in my body and almost getting recovered from the bites. Not sure that they cleanned it or not, hopefully other people dont get same problem as i did.

We absolutely loved the staff (their attentive and kind service), the free cookies and soup every evening, and the 24-hour coffee/cocoa station. The facility was very clean and well kept despite being a basic hotel. We'd choose this location over any others in the area in a heartbeat.

Pool and hot tub

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was particularly friendly. Country gravy was not great but food selection was good for a hotel breakfast. Room was quiet and pretty clean. Convenient location for me, will stay here again when visiting family in town.

My lil fam stayed during Xmas. The decor and cleanliness was nice. And the service amiable. Unfortunately, contrary to their name, the bed was lacking in comfort causing a couple restless nights of sleep. And there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. But otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

Good hotel if you need to stay before a Hospital visit.

Check-in was easy, and the person servicing the front desk was very polite and accommodating. He gave me water bottles when I asked for a water fountain and offered to have someone inspect the non-functioning lights (3 of 4) in my room immediately (I declined because there was no need for use of the lamps). The room was spacious and appeared clean. However, the room was hot and the air conditioning unit did not work. It made sleeping uncomfortable and I woke up several times during the night for that reason. Also the faucet in the bathroom was not attached and made regulating the water temperature difficult. When brought to attention to the front desk (different person now), the man shrugged his shoulders and said "yeah, some units are not working, sorry".

Pool and hot tub needs work. It's Yakima so don't leave valuables in your vehicle. Excellent breakfast and great service!!

Nothing fancy but fine for the night.

It was a nice and quiet.

Easy check in. Front desk gave recommendation for dinner.. it was great after a 4 hr drive. Room 2 Q with pull out nice size, newer tiled bathroom, great BF. Older hotel but very nice. Would stay again.

We were in town to visit relatives and this was recommended since it was close by and pet friendly. The room was nice and large for the price, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was pretty good. The only issue was the mattress was kind of lumpy but I still had a decent sleep.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent condition in the rooms. The only issue I encountered is that someone had smoked/vaped weed and the elevator reeked of it. So I took the stairs. The carpets in the main hallways are getting old and a little loose, so walk carefully in heels, but otherwise it’s clearly a lovingly maintained building.
