Room 300. Unclean all around. Bed was dirty, bath towels had multiple hairs on them (not one or two 20-30). Carpet was dingy and dirt packed. Walls were stained and with holes. Tub was filthy and didn’t drain.

Bathtub and sink were filthy and couldn't get anyone to clean it. I also saw a couple in their vehicle smoking weed. Horrible experience and will never stay here again.

The hotel is terrible!! I checked in and the hear wasn’t working in room 322. I advised the hotel desk and she told me maintenance was on the way. They never came or even called. I called and was told by hotel desk the Manager will give me a cal!! I go and check out and noticed they had several complaints about service was terminated and heat wasn’t working properly as well!! These rooms are not WORTH $100!!!!!

The fitness room machines were broken. At the breakfast, all the juices were out of order. Breakfast selection was very limited. No paper printing was available.

First room checked into 130 had to e spring on the toilet paper role broken, so every time you go to pull the toilet paper, it would pop on he dispenser. Blow dryer over heated after a few minutes of running. Bed frame had 3 metal fixtures extending out 4” causing me to stubb by foot. The breakfast person was a no show so there was no breakfast on Sunday morning and they did nothing about and made no attempts to set anything out. Last but not least, there was a homeless person sleeping on the first floor by the venting and trash can tucked away inside in the hallway to the lobby.

Check in was easy. Our room was nice McDonald's right out the front door, subway across the street. Beds were comfortable room was nice and clean. Breakfastcwas good. On the down side the ac unit is really loud hard to sleep.
