The whole hotel smells like mold. you don’t wanna stay here if you have allergies they have a mold problem.

Was on a family trip, and booked this room in Shreveport through Hotels.com First off, Hotels.Com charged me more than they said, so I wouldn't use them. And you can't speak to anyone about it because their customer service sucks. Onto the room...went to check in, person was behind a plexiglass cover and I had to basically shout to communicate. Rude as well. Room smelled, hallways looked like they just painted them, threw down floors and didn't paint door, trim, nothing. All fixtures in the bathroom had rust on them, zero water pressure in the shower, pillows were awful, bed was super uncomfortable. I think my son actually got sick from this room. This is my first time ever leaving a bad hotel review, but the experience was that bad. I would love to have my money back, but can't talk with anyone at hotels.com about it, so money lost. Don't stay at this place. Would like to mention, I've stayed at other Country Inns and Suites, and never had problems before. It's this specific hotel.

Click, tv, other electrical items unplugged. Fan in bathroom inoperable, no hair dryer in the room, no phone to be able to call the front desk to ask for one. One lamp was rusting on base and pole. On the positive the front staff was attentive even while training was taking place. I like the faux hardwood floors vs carpeting.

They did not have the room I paid for. They offered me a double bed with a sofa. I paid for a doable queen. They told me if I did not take the room they offered that they would cancel my reservation. The manager was not willing to help.

The rooms and common areas are well sanitized and the breakfast is satisfying.

The hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The bathtub needs a makeover as it just looks filthy. The Service was excellent and the breakfast was good. The location was great.

It was horrible roaches everywhere dirty not clean throughly extremely ghetto from the staff to the overall place one of the guest dogs attempted to jump on me and my husband the entire bathroom is rusted out I will never come here again this hotel has went down hill found previous guest things in the room just not clean the heat wasn’t operable I can truly go on and on about this night mare of a place

It had holes in the doors and stuff. Roaches in the rooms

No microwave, saw a gas or water valve sticking out of the wall could be dangerous if a young kid was to play with it and i was told about a deposit when i arrived said it was refunded when i left , did not tell me it would take 3-5 days

Unprofessional, dirty bathroom, rude staff

When i first walked into the room I was impressed. Then we opened sofa bed and sheets were nasty and smelled like smoke and urine. The lady working was nice and gave us fresh linen and extra pillows. The mattress was so bad my daughter just slept on it folded up. The main bed was extremely hard and you could feel springs or something under the sheets. There was something sticky on the floor by the sofa and when she spilled a little water we took a towel and wiped it up and the towel was black due to the floor being nasty. In the bathroom the toolet paper was broken, the toilet was about 6 inches shorter than any i have ever seen. This would be such a nice place if it was renovated. Half of the main sign wasnt lit up and the outside paint job looked ok when it was dark outside but when the sun comes up you can see they barely put one coat of black on the walls and you see light spots and roller marks. Right across from the main doors there is a section of fence on the ground.
