Was charged at check-in, a $20 fee, in case i wrecked the room?? No refund. Was also woken up throughout the night by guests dogs barking. Left at 330am because of it. Unacceptable. Ruined my next day sleep deprived.

Perfect location for the airport. Lots of options area to eat but the bistro in the building was perfect for our needs.

I’ve never been to Charlotte before. I had no idea there were two courtyards near the airport. I got on the courtyard Marriott shuttle and it took me to the wrong property. The original property would not cancel my reservation without a penalty. So I’ve now and they would not come and get me. So I’m having to pay for two rooms. I may have to not have our company use Marriott anymore.

Property was nice, but construction at the location made access difficult.

The only two good aspects about this hotel: it's located three minutes from the Charlotte airport and a young lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. The bad experience was full of bad situations: 1. One lady at the reception (with a Green Bay football team hoody) was very rude. 2. We booked a room for three people (with a king-size bed and a sofa/bed), the rude lady gave us a room with only the king-size bed and she argued about it when we went downstairs to ask for the correct room. 3. When we got the correct room it didn't have the linens for the sofa and extra towels for the third person. 4. We tried to call the lobby to ask for the sheets but the phone in the room was broken (missing buttons and no dial tone). The room was in bad shape, the door of the bathroom couldn't close. I used the trash can to keep it closed. 5. We went downstairs again to ask for the sheets and towels and the rude lady argued that they were inside a drawer under the TV (but they were not because we checked the closet, all the drawers and cabinets before going downstairs). The other young lady immediately got me the fresh sheets and towels. 6. The hotel is under major remodeling, the main gates and a big part of the parking lot are blocked with construction materials and equipment. The hotel posted some letter-size signs outside to guide you to a side access door but it's hard to see them at night. Inside the hotel is very confusing (and dangerous) to find the exits/lobby.

Room had heater that didn’t work. Had to switch rooms. I’ve stayed in other Courtyards. This one was oddly not as nice. Seemed cheap

This hotel was under construction . The front desk was very nice and friendly. The very negative side is that the noise from the airport is almost not tolerable.

Very nice property. Newly renovated. It was a nice feature having the cafe in the lobby if you don’t want to venture out. Nice little self-serve market too.

Room was musty, and had very poor lighting. I realize the facility was under construction but it was noisy and filthy in every location. Parking was limited and difficult due to the construction activities and the facility still charged $10 a day to park in the lot?? Parking charge is ridiculous to begin with.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would’ve known the hotel was under construction prior to booking/ checking in because waking up early to banging as an alarm clock was not fun .

I messed up and booked for the 9th instead of the 8th and it was fixed with no issue whatsoever. We needed an early morning (3:30) shuttle to the airport and that was very easy too. Very close to the airport. I will stay here again.
