아이들과 함께 놀 수 있는 따뜻한 수영장이 있어 매일 저녁이 즐거웠고, 객실이 깨끗합니다.

하루 이틀 정도 묵기에 괜찮아요. 인터넷 엄청 느려요.

직원들이 친절하고, 전반적으로 만족했습니다. 화장실 샤워부스 손잡이가 너무 낡아 날카로와 위험했습니다. 위치와 부대 시설은 좋았습니다.

주요 지역과 인접해있어서 지리적 이점이 좋았스빈다.

저녁에 체크인을 하게되었는데, 풀장 바로 앞의 3층건물의 3층에 있는 방이 크다며 거기 방을 줬어요. 앞서 묶었던 힐튼 하와이안 빌리지(칼리에 타워)보다 방이 크고 최근에 지어져 깨끗해서 좋아했는데, 바로 앞의 풀장에 떨어지는 폭포 물줄기 소리와 지나다니는 차량의 소음이 커 많이 불편했어요. 힐튼은 도로가에 있었지만 층도 좀 높았고 방음이 아주 잘되는 무거운 유리로 되어 있어 바깥의 소리가 거의 완벽하게 차단되어 많이 대비가 되었던 거 같아요. 와이키키 해변 중심가에 묶을 거면 층이 높은 곳이 좋을 거 같네요. 청결 상태는 전반적으로 좋았지만 낮은 건물에 풀장 옆이어서 그런지 좀 습했구요. 무료 아침 조식이 있다고 해서 좋아했는데, 3명이 투숙했는데도 2명 분 조식 쿠폰만 줘서 좀 당황스러웠습니다. 물론 1인분의 양이 워낙많아 3명이 먹고도 모자라긴 했지만요.

Room was clean. Ventilation was good. Good location to reach Waikiki beach and reach any other place in Oahu. Employees were well-trained. Price level is good vis-a-vis quality.

I am a Gold member for Marriott and thought that the standards of Courtyard will be maintained and hence booked 2 rooms (for family for 4) for 8 nights (Dec 23- Dec 31). But to my surprise, this is the worst stay I ever had on my vacation. The only positive point was the location of the hotel. Here is my feedback and hoping people will make informed decision since after the experience I saw the earlier reviews. 1) Rooms are very small and impossible for even 2 people to stay comfortably 2) Bathrooms are terrible - Shower area you will keep hitting your elbow since it is too small 3) Cleaning Staff misses the room cleaning (even though it is alternate days) and when you remind them, they gave the response that it happens during peak season 4) Incorrect info - The hotel staff told us that parking is 15 USD/ day but it was 58 USD. Not a big deal but staff gave wrong info at check-in I think this was not a Courtyard hotel before but has been rebranded as Courtyard. I hope that things improve going forward

They were very flexible with us using the pool and facilities before we could check in and after we checked out due to flight schedules. Staff were friendly and helpful. However the room was shocking, I am suprised Marriott would put their name on the hotel with these rooms. However we were is a different tower that was an obvious purchase and is being remodeled. Room was old, grimy, grout stained in shower….it was pretty bad….good thing that stuff don’t bother me too much. Location is awesome. Kids loved the hot tub and pool.

There were not enough towels in the bathroom, so I asked a front desk to have housekeeping stuff to bring more towels. It took more than 3 hours for them to bring the towels. They said that they did not have enough towels....??? We asked a front desk to have a bellman to bring our luggage to the room since my wife and I had bad back. We waited more than 2 hours and finally we gave it up and brought all lauggage by ourselves.

Very poor condition property. Marriott had acquired a couple of old buildings and put them as hotel. Rooms are small, bathroom is very small. We ran into many issues- Internet not working, phone not working, keys were not working every other day. It’s a cheap motel with a Marriott name, not worth the money

I did not end up staying here after reading so many really horrible reviews about the bad smells, mold in rooms, old mattresses and noise! These were recent reviews and I was traveling related to a medical issue so did not want any added stress. They did reimburse me for 1/2 of my reservation cost with help from Expedia .

We couldn’t open the bathroom door at 4 am and we had to wait until 6 am for someone from the engineering department to fix the lock. Housekeeping is every other day, but it was very superficial. They didn’t vacuum or clean the sinks. One of those days we didn’t have towels. The information in Expedia for this hotel is kind of deceiving. The amenities are not what Expedia shows.

I am a loyal Marriott traveller due to brand, customer service and cleanliness. However, I was disappointed in my recent stay at Courtyard Waikiki. At first entrance at the hotel, we were welcomed and greeted by reception. The main lobby had the Marriott standard and vibe. The staff was courteous and accommodating. As you enter the elevator, you start to see the hotel dated and aged. The elevator handrails was not screwed in well. The carpet was faded. We were situated on the 9th floor where hallway baseboards were peeling paint and light bulbs burnt out (or possible removed to save electricity). As we enter our room, the bed felt and looked clean. But other aspects of the room did not have the Marriott quality. To name a few examples -- drywall was patched. TV remote control was dirty. Metal door hinges were rusty. The worst part of the room was the bathroom which had soap scum on the glass door and mould/mildew around the grout. The sink also had "green ring" around the drain. The hotel has 2nd day cleaning service policy and we had made the front desk aware about our experience on that eve. After arriving from our 2nd day activity, the beds were turned down and tucked in but everything else was the same. Upon our check out, we had advised the front desk management and showed them photos of our experience.
