Walkable area. Nice property.

This was the perfect spot for us, as a couple, to stay upon seeing the Lady Gaga concert in Chicago. Fabulous location, incredible staff, and convenient in all aspects. Loved the all you can eat breakfast 😋🍳 buffet. We are definitely coming back.

Headboard was greasy and stained. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and the lights were rusty. Room 723 should be avoided and if it is any indication then avoid the property.

I don't like hotels at all but this one was good for me.

The hotel was nice, but my refrigerator had a slight smell to it. The bed and the pillows were amazing. You could see some wear in the bathroom though.

Room was perfect staff so nice parking was at best wonderful this will be the hotel I pick every time I go to Chicago for sure!

The rooms are slightly outdated but we had no issues. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived 2 hours before check in. Would stay there again!

Clean room, everyone was polite. I thought I read my hotel came with free parking and continental breakfast. However we were charged for it all.

I've stayed here several times before though it was several years ago but I was pretty disappointed with this stay. The location was great for me so that is why I chose it again but the quality of this hotel has really gone downhill. The first room I was given was musty and dated and just felt gross. I ended up having to switch rooms in the middle of the night because it also had a strange mechanical sound, likely from the elevators (I was on floor 16). My new room was better (and an upgrade) but still felt a bit dated. The staff was a mixed experience as well. When I inquired about the billing at check in, since it was different than what I was told here on Expedia, I asked about it. The front desk immediately got defensive and didn't offer much help. The front desk staff that helped me in the middle of the night when I needed to change rooms was much nicer and accommodating. I don't plan to come back to this hotel - with the amount of hotel options in the city, you can find a much better experience for your money. I'm disappointed because it really did impact my visit and trip. I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless you really don't care about the quality of the hotel. Also - the road noise from the interstate is very loud. Nothing that could be done about that from the hotel's perspective but worth mentioning for light sleepers.

Check in and out was seamless, room was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was phenomenal. Also very easily accessible by CTA. Highly recommend and would definitely book here again!

Having lived in Chicago for 20 years and still going there frequently, I know that it's not just about where the hotel costs, it's equally important to know what location works best based on what you want to do. Staying at this hotel in Greektown for the first time was surprisingly delightful. Was easy to get to both the Art Institute and Steppenwolf Theater by car. Pleasure eating at Athena Restaurant and being across from Mariano's & Stans for donuts. All being said, the one downside is it is really noisey at night due to being next to the Kennedy. However, would still definitely go back!

Great option close enough to the booming West Loop restaurants and bar concentration and reasonably priced. A bit of a far walk from the CTA train but not too bad

Comfortable bed, Very clean. Great view from balcony south towards freeway, staff were friendly. Rooms were a bit outdated. Convenient onsite parking, a tad expensive but not bad. Close to some restaurants, a wallgreens, a walk in medical clinic as well. Attaches restaurant for a breakfast buffet with good food!

Excellent customer service at front desk. Very welcoming ladies, especially Tiara. The room was clean and comfortable. The night view from the balcony was lovely with peaks at the the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) and the 311 South Wacker Drive building, which are referred to as the "King and Queen of the Chicago skyline". Loved the Greek town area and food and the grocery options across the street. The only inconvenience was the very early housekeeping and the 6 am extremely loud repair/renovation work on the 8th floor which could bring even a dead person from the death. Did not rest very well at night and early mornings.

Good location. The hotel, although seemingly appealing on the surface, has a few notable drawbacks, including shoddy and neglected rooms. The front desk staff is also not consistently attentive. Some front desk members were very polite and helpful, while others were short and ill-tempered. All in all, a mediocre experience.
