Nothing worked. The spa, tv in the room, and ice machine were all out of order. The whole place smelled like vomit and cleaner. The outside door didn’t have a lock so it couldn’t be locked from 10pm to 6am like the sign said. The parking lot and sidewalks had ice all over them and we had to take our stuff thru the snow/ice to the side of the building and carry it up the stairs and down the hallway to our room. The hotel has Wyndhams name on it so I figured it would be nice but it’s not. The reviews on hotels.com were okay 6/10 but then I checked other sites and the reviews were more accurate because they said how bad the place was more like a 1-2/10

Would not recommend staying here. Reception staff hardly said a word and looked like they didnt want to be there, only one key card worked after mulitple attempts, door lock had been ripped off, toilet blocked, black mould in bathroom, communal toilet not bolted to ground and no butter at breakfast.

Bed too firm, hallway very dirty, room clean, breakfast good. Old facility so it has its issues. That said, it was adequate. Furniture was beautiful but needs a bit more maintenance in the shower.

Staff could not speak English. Expedia charged me $92 for the room. They ran my card for $72 and told me it was incidentals. When I pushed for an answer, they said it would be refunded. It was not, I now have to equate my. Time cancelling the $72 charge. All of the staff being not able to speak English made the entire situation absurd. Do not stay at this place. It is also a dirty cheap and unsafe place.

Check in was easy. The girl at the front was super friendly and helpful! However, the gentleman seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. Bed was pretty hard (for my preference anyway!). None of the channels on the TV would work, kept coming up with an error about how the cords weren't HD compatible. I'm pretty tech savvy but I gave up after several failed attempts to fix it. Floors had a few stains, which is to be expected for a property this age that has carpeting. I had an event I had to get to a few hours away so I left super early and the front desk couldn't figure out how to check me out so early. Eventually they told me I could go and they'd figure it out. The lady was super nice about it. Price should definitely be cheaper for what it is.

There was black mold in the bathroom. The locking mechanism to the back door had been removed and the card reader was hanging by wires - a security issue. Window screens were missing. Avoid this motel and, if necessary, sleep in your car. But nowhere near the motel.
