Very clean

Consistently comfortable, clean, continently located and friendly. My go-to lodging for frequent trips to Boston area.

We loved how warm the pool area was, and the pleasant temperature of the pool. Our only issue was the fact that we weren’t given the free breakfast coupons upon arrival, so had to pay for our first breakfast. However, when we raised the fact that our booking (through Expedia) should have included free breakfast, we were assured of a refund.

Clean room, good service.

They were doing construction. Would have been nice to have a heads up about this.

Room was clean. Bathroom was super small. Over charged for waters at $4.00!!! The employee's working the bar were not friendly.

This is a newly remodeled hotel, away from the hustle, for sure . They cater to large groups and solicit large groups, with that comes extremely loud kids and a large group of drunk men attending conferences. You cannot get any rest at night as it was loud, prank knocking on the hotel room doors, random phone calls to the room. The front desk says they are too small of a crew to handle it. This was not worth the price that was paid. If you need cheap and don’t care about other amenities and quality! This is that place,

It was nice.

Kids hockey took up the entire hallway into the pool area - not ideal as it could have caused some safety issues. Didn’t seem like anyone cared. Pool subpar and crowded this weekend, but that can’t control. Def under renovations, but the room was alright and mostly quiet. Just not great for the value. Thanks anyways to customer service! They were super patient and nice.

Even though they were renovating during my stay, staff kept things clean, orderly, and quiet. My room was spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient to the freeway and my destination.
