We stayed for three nights. Visiting hotel to participate in a girls volleyball tournament. My daughter and I stay was horrible. The hotel is currently in a heating system where all the rooms are operating with heat only. So regardless if you have your heat off the room is going to become quite stuffy. I opened the slider to get fresh air but did not feel safe leaving that open all night. So basically it was not a fun 3 night stay at this hotel. I will never book through Expedia because we weren't able to cancel and move hotels due to cancellation policy.

Well kept hotel friendly stuff and the pool area excellent and happy hour was good and bar area was excellent

Check-in took three attempts - my request for a quiet room was initially ignored and the second time the room key didn’t work because the lock was discharged. The third night a very loud party was happening on the ground floor that made it almost impossible to get rest.

I have stayed here a few times over the years and i love it. The hotel is always clean and beautiful. The staff is nice. My kids liked watching the planes land and we ate at the restaurant both nights we stayed there. The portions were big and the food was good. We will be back!

I had stayed at this hotel the year before and had issues with the AC not really working. When I checked in the room was 61° so I set the heater but the room never got warm. About four hours later when I returned to the hotel. My room was still 61° and I called the front desk to ask if there was something wrong with the heat. I was told that they did not have heat only central AC. When I told them my room was 61°. They said that they could give me a small space heater. The space heater was not enough to heat the two room suite and also was a major fire hazard. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have basic amenities like heat.

Called down for an iron that was never brought up. Room by elevator, very noisy could not sleep

The rooms are outdated, and the carpet has an unpleasant odor. The cleanliness was also lacking. This was the worst experience I’ve had at an Embassy Suites, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I’m extremely disappointed with Hilton.
