Good hotel for events and conferences!

Parking was confusing if not getting valet parking. It would be helpful to explain parking prior to arriving. I called the hotel and the person “wasn’t authorized” to tell me about parking.

Great time but didn’t like to pay valet parking $34 a night

I’m not a fan of every room opening to the atrium. There was a business gathering so the hundred people and their noise was right outside our door.

We stay here for the indoor pool that never disappoints for our kids. But embassy suites has fallen off over the years. The made to order omelet station was closed which is another reason why we stay here. I was upset at that. Their bar/restaurant should be available all day long like thr hotel across the street.

Parking is pricey

A very nice choice, I always return to this hotel.

Pros:Easy access, clean, good price on room, nice lounge Cons: $34 valet parking, understaffed so no room service when we stayed

Dirty gross room, hotel did nothing to quite people making a ton of noise until 4am

Very nice place to stay

Closing the bar service because somebody called in sick is no excuse. After a long drive or flight sometimes you just need to relax with a drink. Beer and wine can be poured by anyone on staff or just point them to the store in the lobby. Nothing like that was done and folks were walking away angry. A group was sitting there with cups of water. And let's not talk about the coffee stations with no coffee and no urgency to replace with fresh. Oh annd the $34 parking per night plus the tipping, next time I'll drive a bit farther and save the time, money and energy. Other than that the Breakfast and dinner hamburgers were very good.

We got in late due to travel delays and they gave us a room right infront of the elevators very loud noises from out side the room all night, the pool was either closed or packed , the beds were very small both were fulls and the pull out couch bed was lumpy and thin !

I really don't like the pay to park ideal. I spent $440. the parking should be included

If you don’t have kids and don’t need the pull out couch- don’t stay here. The hotel is enclosed, so your door goes to the “outside” - which means you hear EVERYTHING from the lobby and center of the hotel. Screaming kids chasing each other. A dad and daughter yelling to “say hi” to the mom but from 5 floors up (right outside our door). The free breakfast is great- but a lot of people go into the center of the hotel if the seating area is full - more noise. If you need quiet - don’t stay here. Coffee is what you’d expect for a free breakfast. A Starbucks is 1 short block down the street. The bathroom shower head was in need of a good clean and had a hole exposing the inside of the walls. We also found a pair of dirty men’s underwear stuffed under the tv. When we told the front desk, they said thank you, and sent someone about an hour later to come and collect it. But acted like it was nothing. Air filters were dirty, and I would recommend to wipe everything down before you touch it (remotes). The trash around the elevators took 3 days to pick up (plates, pizza box). No one noticed that? The entire staff we interacted with (including valet) were all very nice and professional.
