This hotel is terrible. Dirty, smelly, unsafe. The only reason I booked it was because its the only hotel with a stovetop to do cooking on Christmas! Towels are stained and paper thin. Cigarette smoke wafts through the bathroom vents. No fan in the bathroom. Room was very very humid and moist. Fridge made clinking noises at all hours. No microwave (asked about it and they said a replacement hadn't come in yet - pretty sure you could buy one at walmart for $40). Sink leaking all over the counter from the faucet. No dishes, pots/pans, utensils...NOTHING in room. Had to ask for everything and they won't bring it to your room. You practically need a shopping cart to be able to carry all the "amenities" back to your room. No garbage pick up. Other guests are clearly high on meth, yelling the parking lot, kicking cars, crawling in the bushes. This place is a DUMP.

The tank was clogged wouldn't get fixed the bed had bed bugs there was no room service my partner was very unhappy it was too late because there was no refund we had to stay the three days and still pay for it

It was cool. A typical nights stay

This property surprised me and not in a good way. You have a kitchenette but have to go to the lobby to get dishes, a dish rack, cooking supplies (anything). The floor in my room was slick with I don't know what. There was loud traffic and people arguing outside in the middle of the night. "Breakfast" was a muffin or cheap fruit bar.

This hotel is surprisingly unkempt and dirty. Unusable shower. Cheap linens. Loud rooms off the freeway and street.

I didn't even have toilet paper in the room when I got there. THE HAND RAILS AND DECKING OUTSIDE THE ROOMS DIRTY. TV didn't work right.

Easy access

Our room was dirty and had a bad odor from not being sanitized properly. Bedsheet were smelly and stained. One night light was missing a lamp and the other was broken. Bathtub looked dirty as well. We decided not to stay overnight; went back to the lobby to inform them of the condition of our room and requested to have our money refunded. The said to contact Expedia for refund.

Their website advertises free breakfast, and is nothing more than breakfast bar and coffee on the go, there is no ice machine in the property, unit was dirty, television reception was poor. All together the stay was not a pleasant one. We arrived late at nite and the individuals hanging around the office were suspect.

Basic no frills. This place needs an update. Be aware that it's right next to the freeway and noisy. Good A/C. Elevator. It was clean. This motel is frequently overbooked. I got a room this time but won't bother to book again.

The bathroom didn't have shampoo nor conditioner, it was necessary to request it to the lobby if you needed. That is completely non acceptable. I will not repeat.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything the people next to you are saying and every footstep around but that wasn’t the worst part there was poop on the walls in the bathroom pee still on the toilet seat and the little kitchen area was disgusting especially the microwave and fridge door not to mention all the pistachio shells in the ac unit

The walls in our room were gross and dirty. The sheets were stained. We asked for blankets and were told they would call back but they never did, worst of all we had two people knock on our door at 11 pm asking to be let in and there was nothing good nor safe that was going to come from opening the door. The elevator was gross and smelled. Overall, just a really bad experience.

room furniture seem very mature

There were homeless people hanging around the property. Exterior was a bit rough also room smelled strong like bleach tried to call from room no answer. Bed was horrible couldn't get a good night sleep also there was no comforter or blanket which I feel are basics. Tried to talk to Front desk but receptionist didn't seem to care or

Strangers lurking all around the facility, noisy with temporary residence, dirty premises, garbage overflowing, rooms counters and refrigerator dirty, broken recliner, lose wiring, and air conditioning pointed at the bed.

Terrible bed, no coffee maker or shampoo in room. Loud residents above and lobby ran out of coffee by 9am

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was gunk on all the walls, there were random long hairs in the shower walls and the sink, the floors were sticky (I’m assuming it may have been wax? Really sticky and gross either way). A few lamps did not work, the wall plug sparked when I plugged in my phone charger…I can go on and on. I would not recommend this place for the rate. Ridiculous.

Next door neighbors were loud I complained but it never stopped

Was rebooked to this hotel. Definitely not the experience I was looking for with my girls. Overall, it was a clean motel type of hotel. Has a good breakfast restaurant on site. Lots of shopping all around. It’s a nice hotel if that what you’re looking for. But I wanted a more country feel. This is city feeling. And my originally booking included breakfast.
