Front desk staff at checkin was awesome. Offered me a welcome bag with water and snacks. Checkout was seamless receipt was in my email before i even got to my car. Will be back

Great place to stay and the breakfast was really good. It was one of the most comfortable hotels that I’ve stayed in. I would recommend staying here.

Otherwise our stay was fine

My 2 sons have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past couple of months & they have nothing but great things to say about this hotel~But they especially said the staff is "Incredibly AWESOME" to them every time they stay & they LOVE LOVE LOVE the breakfast! They are thankful that the staff has been so great to them because theyve had a few really bad experiences lately with another local hotel & were treated so poorly at the other one it really upset them so its very refreshing that the Tewksbury Fairfield Inn has been so wonderful-Thank you!

Comfortable bed and pillows, seating area in room. Unique, window shade with picture of autumn tree branch, which gave the illusion of outdoor scenic view instead of parking lot.

Belle.chambre , propre, était en rénovation ce qui crée des légers inconvénient mais c est pour améliorer donc normal, un client a crier une partie de la nuit ce qui est le plus dérangeant

Tres compliqué avec la dame lors du check. On devait payé cash et ils ont finalement refusé. Chargé sur la carte de mon mari et plus cher que le montant que je devais payé au départ avec Expedia. La dame a l'arrivée nous avajt promis une nuit gratuite a cause de problème avev la chambre, ce que la femme du check out a refuser de faire.

Aside from the construction being done in the inside and outside of the hotel it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. Overall good experience
