The garage is a mess. It wouldn’t let us up the stairs we couldn’t get on the elevator so we had to walk then we couldn’t find a car. I would next time park outside.

The hotel was clean and has a nice atmosphere but there were several things inside the room that were far below expectations for a nice hotel stay. - Keurig didn’t work - shower did not get hot - outlet in bedside lamp messed up so could not use - no comforters on the bed. Just sheets & a rough blanket. - loud banging noise in the wall about every 30-45 minutes. maybe a pipe or AC system?

We came with 4 couples to celebrate a birthday. I called the hotel to see about getting our rooms in the same tower & on the same floor. I spoke with Roger Wheatley, and he was more than helpful. He was especially professional & went above and beyond for our group. Roger really sealed the deal on a wonderful experience at The Galt House & our group could not be more pleased!
