Wondeful room interior, ocean view and bed/room size ever. But cleanliness and in-room amenities was worst relative to the price we paid (Over $1350 per night). Every morning, throats hurted as the room seemed to have too much dusts, and there were no water pot and kitchen utensils. Out of all things, its restaurants in this 5-star hotel was the worst ever. Worse than any other low-cost dining outside the hotel. Ikena, the breakfast buffet, had great serving staffs and ocean view, but food was awful. Diversity was very lacking, and taste was bad too. It only had several types of breads, one pancake, salads, meats(bacom and sausage only), milks, yogurts, fruits and one single omelette stand with a staff. Fruit juices, omelette, fruits were decent but anything else did not deserve to be in a 5-star hotel and $50/person price. Humuhumunukunukuapua, had a nice air and interesting interior as if we were eating on a hut on a sea, but food was just like any other TGIF or Outback's microwave warmed foods. If a 5-star hotel offers this quality of foods, it deserves to be evaluated as "AWFUL" or "WORST". Even local people say its restaurant is awful, and they guess the reason as Grand Wailea's policy to rotate chefs every 3 months. (If it is true or not) As a guest wishing Grand Wailea keeps its great strength and thrives throughout the next generation, I really hope Grand Wailea matches its quality to price!!!!

시설도 깨끗하고 너무 이뻣습니다 ㅎ 공사중으로 몇군데 닫아놓은 곳도 있었지만 대부분 이용 가능했습니다 직원들도 매우 친절했고 너무나도 아름다운 호텔이었습니다 ^^

디너 룸서비스 메뉴가 룸에 없음. 크고 복잡한 시설 관련 체크인시 설명해 주지 않음. 멋진 풀과 슬라이드가 가득함.

Beautiful property! Very very expensive! Noisy neighbors 3 out of 5 nights!

Beautiful resort with amazing views of the ocean. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Area is excellent for walking running etc. outdoor mall only minutes away with great restaurants and shopping. The Wailea area is stunning. We will be back.

Great place

Beautiful resort. We enjoyed the pools but really loved the beach. We saw 4 sea turtles while swimming and could see whales in the distance. We stayed 6 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious and the housekeeping staff was absolutely excellent. My negatives were: the valet staff on our first night was a little rude and condescending when I tried to carry my own suitcase. At checkin I was given a map of the property but told nothing about the restaurants, spa or other amenities. There was one little grab and go place on the property but horribly over priced and not very good. We bought 2 breakfast sandwiches, one coffee and a muffin for $75. The breakfast buffet was excellent but cost $65 per person. The shops at Wailea are very close and there was a market where you could grab food but felt a bit more inconvenient.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful, extremely well maintained, and very clean. With regards to amenities, there should be more food choices on the facility. The one negative and it’s a pretty big negative that we found for this resort was the exorbitant daily resort fees and valet parking fees.

Amazing stay at top level resort. They give you free amenities for a memorable stay. Treat you like royalty and all their staff is super friendly. Making everyone feel welcome. Would stay here again anytime.

Great hotel. Door lock broke twice same day making for frustrating experience waiting for engineers to fix. Staff refused to add 1 hour later check out despite hotel half full and my diamond status. All dialed in to charge for everything extra. Poor value

This was our second time visiting the Grand Wailea at Christmas. Our check in line was 25 minutes and greeting lacking the aloha spirit that we expected from our other visit. Last year our room was in one of the newer towers, but so far from the pool that we decided to get a closer ground floor room. Unfortunately it was very underwhelming - dusty in quite a few areas, had a dirty cleaning rag on the carpet when we arrived and a dead cockroach outside the slider door. But it was more convenient. Valet this year was an irritant, when we had a car and when we were just getting a Lyft. They do high volume which I appreciate, but the service level gave a stressed vibe rather than quality resort. There's also a huge number of large party guests that appear just to be clueless about where to stand, how to be considerate of others going in and out of the front of the hotel. The pool features are great, but chairs limited and it's a serious commitment to have chairs for the day. The pool deck is not cleaned well - sand everywhere, dirty cups from day before, band aids. Pool attendants for drink and food service were great, lobster club excellent. Guests are not encouraged to rinse off after the beach and it shows from the deck, in pool seats and cleanliness of the pool floor. The pool tiling and grout is also showing its age, which is sad for such a grant resort. The value of resort fee value is poor, they really should just adjust room prices. Location beach excellent.

Overpriced and crowded. Not a property I would visit again.

Valet average at best. Hot tubs didn’t work properly. Included breakfast good but not great and redundant.

Took my 2 daughters ages 6 and 10. We loved everything about this property. Pool area is incredible beach is amazing.

It was an amazing stay at the property. The views from the ocean facing rooms are gorgeous !!

Absolutely loved our time at Grand Wailea. Only suggestion is getting more valet drivers or allowing to self park.
