Spacious room

This is the first negative review I’ve done of a hotel, and my wife and I travel a lot. This is an old hotel that had some renovations, but it’s a work in progress. The beds are VERY hard memory foam mattresses which were very uncomfortable. ‘Breakfast’ is a coffee and toast/bagel/muffin as there was no juice or milk as the dispenser were not working. The ice machine was out of order. There were not enough outlets in the room so I had to get an extension cord. Staff were helpful in getting that. I know Sedona is expensive, but this was definitely not worth the $ spent. Clean with helpful staff though.

Clean hotel. Front desk check in wasnt great. The person at the front desk seemed they would rather be anywhere than there. Best thing about the room was the mattress. If you like a firm mattress this is the spot. My first solid memory foam. It was amazing. Check your bathroom window, ours was left open. The room was very clean. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was thick and black but tasted like water. Possibly made from some kind of powder? Packaged muffins were old, yogurt came from a machine. If you re looking for a nice breakfast this is not the place for you.

Staff was super accommodating. Pool/hot tub area was really nice. Had a fire table. Breakfast was okay - yogurt, muffins, oatmeal, juice, bagels, bread. Nothing wild. Good value for Sedona area and beds were comfortable. Cleaners are quite strong but, if you call ahead, they will use unscented products. Would have been good to know, but they did let us tour a few rooms to find one that wasn't so strongly scented. Went above and beyond in that aspect for sure. Happy travels!

The sheets of the bed and sofa were so dirty with alot of hair. And breakfast so poor.

The shower room and sink were separated by a door, making it inconvenient to use.

Everything i needed and great location!

The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was so slick I had to hold on to the rail inside when turning. The beds were very firm and so close to the walls I had to enter at the foot of the bed. We rolled up the rug between the beds and put it in the corner because it had no traction and was so slick it was a hazard. We stayed on the ground floor and our patio was eye level to the parking lot/driveway. The sound proofing between the upper floor and us was poor. We could hear them walking, talking and their dog barking. We didn’t eat breakfast in the lobby so I can’t speak to that. In my opinion, the posted pictures are deceiving.

Grwat place to stay. Friendly staff, close to shopping

The hotel was beautiful! The beds were super comfy and the rooms are very clean. Only thing is the toilet kept clogging after just going number one and in the morning we went to have the free breakfast in the lobby it smelled extremely bad of marijuana right outside our room.

The room was so clean and cozy. The bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sedona.

Nice and easy! But when the sun came up, Wow what a view!

mediocre. There is no hot buffet - contrary to advertising and cost.

Estve 2 dias y no me llegaron a limpiar la habitacion. Menos dar mas papel, ni jabon ni tohallas limpias. El desayuno rapido satisfactorio.

This was a good value for the money, right along the main highway. I did find several hairs in my room but nothing serious. They have a pool and hot tub, and also grab and go breakfast. Not a bad option if you are on a budget.

The heater/AC is noisy, breakfast needs upgrade. Otherwise overall stay was good. Spacious room and clean
