L'hôtel est propre et le personnel accueillant. Par contre partout autour de l'hôtel, il y a des sans abris et on retrouve beaucoup de seringues usées partout dans les environs.

hotel is good, good cleanliness, large rooms, good breakfast, freindly staff. the only caveat is the neighborhood: quite a number of homeless / drug users on the streets nearby (fortunately not in an agressive mood)

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever had to experience. This was not worth the price we paid for. Too many problems with this hotel especially the location. The only good thing about that hotel is the hotel staff members, there names are DINA, LORI and Daniel. They were very friendly, welcoming, understanding and VERY helpful. They made our stay a bit easier and better.

I stayed here for work and found it to be a decent option for the price, especially compared to other places in Boston. The breakfast selection was limited but tasty, and the unlimited coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available throughout the night was a nice touch. My room was clean and tidy with no major complaints, though the shower regulation may need fixing. The security staff were excellent—professional and attentive. However, the receptionist came off rude-possibly just a cultural difference being used to British over-politeness? One downside was the surrounding area. While the side near the inn felt fine, the other side seemed a bit unsafe. I didn’t feel comfortable going for a walk and opted to stay in or use Uber when necessary. Overall, if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to crash in Boston, this works well. Just keep in mind the area and some minor quirks.

It was nice and had big sized rooms and pools stays open late!

Flew in for a conference and didn’t want to pay prices for hotel near convention but this was an amazing place to be for the price. Used Ride App to get where I needed to be but could have used public transportation as well nearby. Nice breakfast each morning and a restaurant inside the hotel. Was a bit noisy at times but due to the location, it was completely understandable. They do offer a shuttle to major spots in town that is beneficial. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were amazing and spacious.

IT'S A NICE PLACE INSIDE BUT ON THE OUTSIDE YOU CAN SEE MANY SUSPICIOUS AND DRUGGED PEOPLE, I THINK IT'S NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THE CENTER OF SUCH A BEAUTIFUL CITY. I THINK THAT GIVES A BAD IMAGE TO THIS HOTEL
