It was freezing cold to walk across the loop to the hotel and I appreciated that Mia allowed me to check in a few hours early to settle in and warm up instead of waiting around.
Great room, great breakfast and everything we wanted without suprises. We will definitely stay again!

Parking was close. The property has some years but seems to be well maintained. The room didn't get above 74 which is a little cool for my liking esp in the winter, but blankets were warm. The location of the hotel is difficult to beat. Our room didn't have a great view but the large windows let in a good amount of natural light. Not much noise was heard through the walls either.
Elevators were not overly busy for the number of guests in the lobby at different times and seemed to be working well.
All of the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. The hotel was lower rate than some near by which was part of my reason for booking, but the experience was no less enjoyable.

Overall not bad. The corridors were dirty and needed vacuum but the entire time that i was there, it was not cleaned.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast area was way overcrowded and nowhere to sit. It took me 45 minutes to get valet to get my car when we were trying to leave there was nobody up at the desk. The battery on our hotel door went dead so we have to wait for maintenance to fix it so we could get into our room. Our heater didn’t work in our room and the refrigerator did not work so it could definitely use some updates

Typisch amerikanisch halt - Frühstück von Papptellern und mit Plastikbesteck.
Eigentlich tolle Lage direkt im Zentrum, aber super, super laut. Man konnte kaum ne Nacht durchschlafen aufgrund von Sirenen und gehupe.

Friendly staff, clean property in a location that is very convenient and within minutes walk to theater district, shopping, restaurants and within 5 minute walk to Metra and Southshore train station.

As a college student working a part time job I decided to go with this hotel as it was the more “affordable” option. I don’t have a ton of room to judge, but I feel like I did spend my money and didn’t receive all I could’ve. Weird stains in different places. Slimy bathroom floor. Staff was exceptional though, anything we asked for such as extra towels, or new sheets, they were happy to help. The building just needs a little bit of love put into it! BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

Very good , the cleaning on the elevator or not to often so the dirt and garbage accumulates. But on the other side everything is very good .
