The beds were full-size instead of queen size. They made us pay for parking and then had no parking available and they told us to just go park at a paid parking lot. The sink did not drain and neither did the bathtub. The pool was cold and the Jacuzzi was out of service. The men at the very front were the only helpful ones.

Put it this way , if you’re going to run a hotel please run it with all the amenities that a hotel should have. This hotel did not even have a bell hop to carry my bags

Not the worst place Ive ever stayed....but not the best. Construction in the Lobby was so loud you could notbhear the person at the front desk.. our room was no joke 90°. We could not get it to cool down and our window also didnt open. The tub drain closed up and when we pulled it up to drain the tub the top of the drain came up. The room is extremely outdatted and the walls were very thin. I woke uo several times during the night due to noise in the halls/rooms next to us and from outside. Parking is also a block away. So when we forgot something out of our car.....it was a bit of a walk to go back and get it. For the money you pay to stay here.....I was NOT impressed. I will never stay here again. Upon checking out i was unable to express some of my issues. Due to the construction being so incredibly loud. I haded the front desk employee my room keys and he gave me the thumbs up.... The positive of our stay- beds were soft & comfy and so were the pillows.

Melissa G at the front desk was AMAZING! She was courteous, happy, helpful, and did so much to make us feel welcome! Honestly, I can’t remember ever having anyone so fantastic at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. She is a gem and deserves recognition!

The service is good but the property is showing its age. Makes it a 3/5 experience. If you need a downtown location, it works just fine.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, unfortunately the heating system knocked all night and made it hard to sleep.

Great place to stay

The room was $100 more when we checked in then it was quoted to me through the Expedia app online. The room was dirty. The “mini fridge“ was sitting directly on the floor could hardly open or close the door. It wasn’t cold at all. There was no ability to adjust the temperature setting in the room so it was ungodly hot the entire time. I suppose I should be thankful For the broken window in the room. If it did allow me to open it and get a little bit of cool air. We paid over $750 for a two night stay in a hotel that was barely one step up from a Motel 6. When we walked outside, we were immediately accosted by homeless people either begging for money, food, or cigarettes. Altogether it was a completely unenjoyable experience.

El detalle fue con la pagina hoteles.com ya que llegamos a haver check in y supuestamente la pagina tuvo problema en pagar al hotel, cuando a mi si me habian hecho el cargo con la tarjeta, tuvimos que contactarlos por la app y tardaron alrededor de 2-3 horas en solucionar y ya era muy noche.

Hotel is in a good location..plenty of dining, site seeing and drink within easy walking distance

The room was gorgeous and so so clean. The location can’t be best for easy access to dining and night life activities. The pool was really nice as well.

I chose this place because it was very close (less than a 5 minute walk) to the meeting point for our Alaskan cruise transportation. The hotel itself is decent but definitely very outdated. The staff was so friendly and very helpful! Overall I would stay there again if it’s just for a night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer vacation personally.

Check out time at this hotel was 11 AM. At 8:50 AM an individual who appeared to be a housekeeping supervisor knocked on our door to ask us when we were leaving. No way will I ever stay at a Hilton again.

We were given a room on the 2nd floor and kept hearing a high pitched noise all the time, and were told that it is a problem on that floor. Location is close to Alaska Railroad but further away for other conveniences.

The property generally was about average. Rooms were comfortable and mostly clean. The property however is showing its age. Furniture is dates and in some cases worn, carpets are showing wear, and the pain colors remind one of a prison cell. I would stay there again but not for more than $150 a night.

Close to train station - good and bad

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There's many shopping and dining options walkable within a few blocks. A fun part of town.
