힐튼 산타모니카 호텔 & 스위트

가격대비 룸전망이나 호텔규모는 별로입니다. 침대는 너무 푹신해서 허리가 아파요.. 참고로 발렛파킹 무조건 해야하며 하루 60불입니다. 해변까지는 걸어가기 가까운데 주변에 제대로 된 식당이 없습니다. 산타모니카에 최근 노숙자도 많아졌어요.

I honestly don’t understand why this hotel is rated as 4-star. It’s a run-down building which doesn’t have any proper amenities.. This hotel deserves 2.5 stars.

enjoyed the pool & great staff, walking distance to beach.

We arrived early January among the fires. It was a concerned situation however the friendly hotel staff made us welcome and comfortable. Rooms are very big. Great location in Santa Monica

There was a construction workings in the lobby and even at night we couldn’t sleep quietly

部屋に水がなく、各階に製氷機とウォーターサーバーがあるのかと思ったが、製氷機のみでした。壁にはアイス＆ウォーターはこちらと標識があったのですが、水はなかったです。 凄く安いホテルではないのに、部屋に水か、ウォーターサーバーがあれば良かったです。 部屋は清潔でお安い価格でベッドルームとリビングルームのあるお部屋でした。サンタモニカの繁華街までも歩いてすぐです。夜遅く歩くのはよくないと思いますが、治安の悪さは特には感じませんでした。

Perfect place to be !

Great location near Santa Monica pier, large comfortable rooms. They tried to charge a USD35 'destination fee' on check-in, saying it was a new policy. No mention of it was made when I booked the room, after I mentioned this they waived the fee, very unethical to say the least.

We will NOT stay at Hilton again. This property surprised us with a $100 early check in fee after they told us “room was ready.” Then at check in they surprised us with a $35 “must use” to eat fee for food on property. i will never stay again with all these hilton hidden charges! Shame on Hilton, we had not used Hilton in a long while - and now we will NOT be back.

Great hotel, friendly staff and very clean. Had an issue with our room being right underneath the gym, loud weight drops all the time as the gym is open 24/7. We asked to change rooms and they immediately upgraded us to a suite. Great service!

The area and the place is fine. We liked to be next to Monica beach and walk to the restaurants. But for this price that we paid we were disappointed, because we didn’t receive great service- during just 2 night stay, in the first night we already run out of body wash, next day run out another battle of body wash. We didn’t have any microwave, blankets, or even enough cups/plates for 5 people (this room was booked for 5 people) and in the end we paid for the valley parking not a small price at all. Will not stay here anymore.

Excelente hotel

I had the most incredible stay at Hilton Santa Monica! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The food at Monica’s was some of the best I’ve ever had. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, was perfection. I can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience.

Bad experience on Christmas day... when checking in, the front desk said my 3 year old children get free complimentary breakfast but when my wife asked in the morning they said everything with purchase.... To make sure i asked once more over the phone to the front desk and they said the complimentry only for children under 3 years old, why so incosistent????!! And its really hard to connect to wifi, it took me almost 1 hour. I ask the assistance trough the text, he gave me the number to contact the wifi support, i call and no answered. Somehow i figured it out myself. I never hv any trouble with wifi in any other hotel... so sad. Last one, the door on my bedroom creaking so bad. Makes my son wake up in the middle of night

Being walking distance to the pier is nice and Venice isn’t too far either.
