Generally the property was about what I expected, but the security gate was left open a lot of the time, which made me wonder what the point was. Parking was terrible, out of the 4 nights we stayed, we got to park near our unit ONE night. Walking a block in the rain to my car was not what I expect from this tilype of resort. There are plenty more in the are so research. This did NOT at all feel like a Hilton property.

I thought Hilton would have made some improvements after acquiring this property from Diamond, but they have not. Our room was very rundown...lumpy and tattered sofa and chairs, stained table, ancient television with fuzzy picture and lagging sound. The kitchen lacked basic necessities such as a pot holder, kitchen towel or spatula. We never could get one of the showers to turn on.

This property was very nice and our unit was one of the updated units and it was amazing. However, it is unfortunate that because of the inconsiderate family staying above us and their unruly child, we did not have 1 night of peace of our 4 night stay. I made 6 complaints which seemed to not be addressed because the problem continued and every time I called back to complain again, there was no record of my previous complaints. Imagine trying to have a nice Christmas and birthday dinner with your family that you haven't seen in 6 months and having it be interrupted by a running child back and forth above your head, jumping off of what sounded like the bed and then driving a car or something across the floor, all day and night. Not 1 day of peace! That is enough for me to not stay here again. We are timeshare owners and never have this problem. I will just continue staying at properties that know you shouldn't place families with children and families without children in the same building, at least in that manner.

The only thing that was inconvenient was having the stairs. I had my parents with me and didn't realize there were no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. That was hard on them. The only other was was carpet and sofas were a little outdated and worn. Staff was very nice and quick to respond for concerns we had. Having adjourning rooms was perfect for our family.

I loved everything about this property...except the place that we stayed in had a funny smell inside. As soon as I walked in, I could smell it. We had to keep spraying to try to lessen the smell. Besides that, everything else was great.

We've stayed at this property ~ once a year for the last 12 years. Our most recent stay 12/23/24, we stayed in the most "dated" building that we've ever stayed in at greensprings. The furniture and kitchen fixtures were clean, but tattered. Staffing was also an issue. Those on duty were proficient, but the demand was too much and calls requesting basic needs were not met.

The room was wonderful, it was great having the washer and dryer in the condo. It clean with plenty of space. Overall a great place and we be booking there again.
The beds were newer which is great but pillow toppers would have made the beds more comfortable to sleep on.
