시설이 오래되었다

그랜트캐년 진입로에 있어 찾기가 쉬웠습니다. 객실내부는 청결한 편입니다. 하지만 에어컨 소리가 시끄러워서 불편했습니다.

무난한 편의 호텔로 기억합니다.

Had a great stay here with the family. Super easy for visiting Grand Canyon, plenty of places for food and great free breakfast. Really friendly staff, clean room and nice to have indoor pool

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of hot options. Hot tub and pool were perfect. Room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Best location! Very close to the national park. Very convenient.

Good things: the front desk people are very friendly and helpful. They moved us to a very nice room, but we couldn’t sleep. The ac was not working and we were freezing. The bathroom is very tiny and we could hear everything going on in the parking lot. The breakfast ok.

Such a FUN location right at the Grand Canyon!! We love the entire fun vibe, convenience and overall cleanliness of the location!

Clean, more than adequate, great breakfast, excellent shower, good value but shocked that there was no daily bed making or vacuuming.

We stayed there during our Xmas trip. The hotel is surprising full but the service is very high quality. The food is good, the pool is good, there are plenty of parking spaces. Services are fast and the hotel is in walking distances to many dinner options.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing they had many options and actual food. Really enjoyed staying here and they have a great indoor pool and jacuzzi which was fun for the kids.

Very close to Grand Canyon

This is our second time to this hotel and I will still book here. The room and facility is very clean, their toiletries are very satisfactory, those are simple things but makes a difference. The staff are very courteous. One of the staff, Imelda is very accommodating, you’ll feel that you’re eating in her kitchen the way she interacts with the guests, very personal, you’ll feel at home.

El hotel un poco viejo, le hace falta mantenimiento, el servicio de la gente muy amable, no hay muchas opciones para visitar el Gran Cañón, por lo que es una opción aceptable.
