Holiday Inn Express & Suites HEATH - NEWARK, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here while in yown visiting family. Everything was very clean and well kept, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had many options. Tooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the salt water pool, just wish it was a little warmer.

Very friendly, helpful and professional registration staff. Room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Woman at the front desk wasn't professional and didn't know the hotel well enough to know what side my room was on for parking, light bulbs were out making the room very dim. Never have i had these issues before, and its making me contemplate coming back.

We didn’t like was that the trash bags were left in the bottom or side of the bin and not opened and put in the can. Our double room only had 3 towels and we had 4 people so had to call down but they were brought up promptly. Geri at the desk was awesome.

Close to where I was working. Clean but I would have liked breakfast to start earlier. 7:30am on the weekends was late.

Room very clean. Elderly gentleman at check in was amazing and girl at breakfast place so helpful and kind. Thank you! We will be back again. Have done so many times!

Good stay. The only problem I had was reaching the microwave because I'm not 6 feet tall.

The room was not as clean as most places I’ve stayed. There were food crumbs around the waste basket and dirt in the bathroom. Also, not all the ceiling lights worked in the bathroom.

The property appeared to be new and it was a short drive away from where I was attending, that being said the room I had was not clean and left a lot to be desired. First the bath tub had obviously been used that day or slightly before as there was hair in it that i had to get out, the tub bottom had rust stains from the water. Also the soap dispensers were empty and they didnt offer travel or samples. All summed up it was an okay stay not worth the price however in my opinion.

Really fantastic service !, room was clean, staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast is amazing !!, The bed was comfortable and they give you a lot of pillows to get cozy :) The mini fridge is spacious and the room I got had two desks, two chairs, and a couch !, I will definitely be staying here again

Newer and clean property. Customer service was good, except I requested maintenance and they never arrived.

Very clean and quiet, friendly staff, easy check in. Convenient location to Legend Valley event. Great place for an overnight stay and fair price!

Super clean! Staff was very nice. Breakfast had a good variety. Close to where we needed to be and lots of shopping/food options up the road.
