워싱턴 여행때 도심 숙박비가 비싸서 조금 외곽으로 잡았는데 시간도 20분내외로 멀지않았고 시설도 깔끔했어요 다만 주차비를 따로 5불 지불해야하고 오고갈때 저흰 평일이라 정체가 있었어요

The rooms could have been cleaner. The walls, the carpet, the corners in the bathroom were all needing to be wiped down. The staff is pleasant. It’s a nice area- not to hectic or unpleasant

Good for a one night stay. Room was clean. My only complaint was very small parking lot so we had to park in the overflow.

Best Breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express we have had. Beds were great, as usual!

It was friendly and clean, breakfast was fine. Better than other recent hotels we’ve stayed in. The toilet was a little fussy and there was an icy area outside that needed salted better. I wish they wouldn’t charge $12/day for their own parking lot but could be worse.

Makr sure to read thoroughly you have to pay $12 per night to park there.

This is an older hotel, and though it has been renovated it still felt a bit dingy and dated. The location is great and the staff were very courteous. We unfortunately had some noisy patrons on our floor that woke us up at 3 am.

My family and I booked two nights at this hotel, from December 14, 2024, to December 15, 2024. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night because we discovered bedbugs in our room. Upon making this discovery, we immediately informed an attendant. Initially, he denied the possibility of bedbugs, stating, “We had people clean the property days ago.” However, he assured us he would come to inspect the room and determine the next steps. We waited for over an hour, but no one came to check the room. Despite multiple calls and returning to the front desk, no staff were available to address our concerns. Frustrated and unable to resolve the issue, my wife and I decided to book another hotel for our remaining night in Columbus. As we were leaving, we encountered the same gentleman we had spoken to earlier at the front desk. I informed him we were leaving due to the lack of action to address the issue. He apologized and assured me I would be reimbursed for one night. However, after contacting Expedia, I was informed that the hotel refused to issue a refund, citing the non-refundable nature of the booking. While I respect the policy, I am deeply disappointed with the experience. The facility was not adequately maintained, and the staff failed to take appropriate measures to address our concerns or provide a resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying at this property.

Was charged to park in the parking lot every night

The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice. Leanna at front dusk was very friendly. Location was perfect for German Village. There seemed to be a problem with TV network but it was reported and it was going to be checked out.

Stay was average, not great for the price. probably would not book here again. The room itself was located right next to the hotel elevator and it was dinging open and closed all through the night. The door had a large gap also. The shower was dirty with mold and the breakfast was cold and half cooked. The parking on property was limited. They also charge you an extra $100 for “incidentals” which is yet to be refunded to my card and not posted anywhere in the booking information.
