Holiday Inn Express KEENE, an IHG Hotel

시설은 가격에 비해괜찮은편이나 객실내에서 불쾌한냄새가 납니다. 오래된듯한 냄새로 머무는동안 꽤 거북했답니다.

Very clean and quiet property. Staff was very friendly at check in.

Or stay there was great. They let us check in early, with no fee. The room is clean. They are doing remodeling on part of the hotel, but the rest of it was great. The staff was nice. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast, as we came down at 8:00 and most everything was empty. But otherwise it was a great stay. Very convenient, easy to get to

Its beautifully updated and the staff are very polite and courteous.

Encontre una ropa interios debajo de la cama de otros huspedes, esta en remodelacion y no lo notifican . La piscina interior no estaba disponible por esa razón. No habia casi huéspedes y a pesar de eso no cambiaron toallas .

Nice clean room comfortable I would stay again when in the area.

The room was clean, the shower was powerful, hot and modern. Our king bed was comfortable, the couch and chairs were not - stiff and uncomfortable. Desk chair sloped down. So no good place to sit other than on the bed. Our big disappointment was finding the hotel under construction with pool and gym closed. Had we known in advance, we would have booked elsewhere. We did find a YMCA and paid $25 to use their gym and pool.

Clean and comfy. The hotel location was close to many places to shop and eat. At the hotel the staff was friendly and there was hot coffee available. I think there was a remodel in progress, but you would not know that anything was going on. Breakfast was great!

Pool water temp was walk in perfect.

I was staying here while helping my family move to the local area. Hotel is nice but is under construction. Several facilities like the pool were not available. But that didn't really affect me. The hotel was very nice and the service was top notch.

Wedding trip one night. Clean hotel. Well managed. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast. Would stay there again.

The nicest motel we’ve stayed at in years in Keene

There's no insulation, you can hear everyone. The person sleeping above our room sonares so loud that we couldn't sleep. We also could hear when he went to the bathroom, TV and everything else.

Very courteous and accommodating staff!
